Happy Monday everyone! Another week has past and a new one is just starting. We are all healing and growing in this beautiful community and we’re all here for eachother to share and connect on such a deep level. I just wanted to take a moment to be in the present and be aware of how special this is and how thankful I personally am for each one you beautiful people in here. Regulate before you relate
Hello beautiful community, One piece of wisdom that’s supported me deeply these past weeks is this: regulate before you relate. I noticed myself slipping into anxious patterns in my relationship—behaviors that didn’t align with the vision I hold for myself or for us. So I began using my morning journaling practice to self-regulate before turning on my phone and inviting in the world’s noise. This simple shift leaves me grounded, confident, and able to show up as the man I want to be in my relationship. If you’re struggling with anxiety, may this reminder support you too. You are worthy of all the love—especially your own. 🙏

Its self care day! What is everyone doing today for self care? I have painted my toes, danced, sang, tended to plants, ate cake lol and did some reflection. Theres so much to be grateful for. ✨
