What’s your go to practice for coming back to center?
I'm curious to know what you guys lean on to come back to your truth, and away from the illusions of life. Breathwork, walks, journaling, music... whatever brings you home to yourself… it might help someone else too.
What’s the lesson life is teaching you right now?
Life’s always whispering something. Sharing it helps you anchor the growth. What's life teaching you right now? For me ... it's teaching me that I have the ability to be the commander of my mind, and my world. Even when I don't feel like doing something, I can train the part of my mind that has the hesitation, fear, etc. and do it anyway. Each time I do it (even when I don't want to), i'm making my command center stronger & more efficient... The mind learns to obey and the body follows. It's been a game changer and has made doing anything fun because now it's a competition to train my command center and make it as powerful as possible.

IT’S WHO YOU HAVE TO BECOME TO HOLD IT. In this post I want to break down how to change the patterns so you can change your life.. The work works... but only if you do. Most people don’t fail because their dream is too big.They fail because their nervous system is still wired for the old version of them…the one who hesitates, doubts, and carries last year’s patterns into a brand-new season. Here’s the wild thing: Neuroscience shows your brain literally rewires around repetition, emotion, and environment. So when you say, “This year will be different,” but your patterns stay the same…your brain pulls you right back into the familiar. So if you want 2025 to actually change you? Here are 5 simple, powerful shifts to start today: 1. CHOOSE AN IDENTITY, NOT A GOAL. Instead of “I want to get fit” ... claim: “I am the kind of person who honors my body.” Identity creates behavior. Not the other way around. 2. MAKE YOUR ENVIRONMENT MATCH YOUR INTENTIONS. Your brain loves defaults.Clean your space. Organize your phone. Remove temptations.Make the right choice the easy choice. 3. SET ONE NON-NEGOTIABLE. JUST ONE. Not ten. One action you commit to daily ... no matter how you feel .Consistency beats motivation every time. Train your brain to remember that when you say you're going to do something, you do it.. no matter what. 4. MASTER YOUR INTERNAL STATE. Regulate your nervous system. Breathwork. Stillness. Visualization.If you can control your state, you can control your life. 5. REMOVE THE “SOMEDAY ENERGY.” “Someday” is the enemy.“This week” changes lives. @Leslie Homan SLEEP is so underrated.. something we just think happens.. Putting intention behind sleep and my routine to get to sleep has changed the game for me. I like to put my phone up after 7 pm... Love to read a little.. and try to make sure tv is off no later than 8:30 p.m. Breathwork helps too!

@Maria Mellberg I love it sister Maria! Tell me more about what you did to change your story? Really curious there. YES!! Our mind/brain are elastic and they can't break.. something I love doing is when I doubt myself .. reminding myself of this and then saying "I am the infinite" ... it brings back a lot of my power.
