Ascension into becoming a grounded man
This is my first post in here and I thought I would share my weekend with you all. I took part in a ceremony with 10 incredible men at the top of a mountain called Ben Lawers. We ascended the mountain with intention and started it off with some breath work and mediation. We remained in silenced as we climbed, focusing on ourselves and our reasons for taking this gruelling task on. We used our bodies as a gateway to transcend deep within ourselves to help release any stubborn traumas and we sought guidance from a spiritual body coach and a trauma therapist as we climbed. It was an exceptional experience, where I released a lot of tears and heartache. At one point during our meditation at the summit, my body began convulsing with the ferocity of my release and this has truly marked a new start for me on my journey to becoming a better man and embracing the masculine within me so I can make the feminine feel safe and protected around me. I aim to become so grounded within myself and my emotions, that going into my future I know I can give a woman the best possible partner and make her feel safe, seen and comforted, without losing myself in the process. ❤️ It was a truly magickal experience 🌊 ☘️ 🪄 ✨

@Ryan Hopkins so excited to hear about your next retreat and what you will be discovering about yourself, and how to balance and embrace both feminine and masculine energy. Sounds enlightening ✨✨

Accident and Surgery in Tokyo
Hey everyone. I could use your thoughts and prayers. I was on a mother- daughter trip in Japan. We have been planning it for months and wanted to travel all across the country for 3 weeks but... just on the third day, I tripped ( for hardly any reason), fell hard and broke a leg badly. I have been in hospital in Tokio since Saturday. The first days were extremely painful but now, it is slowly feeling bearable and I soak in the cultural differences between hospital routines in Japan as compared to Germany 😂 However, on Friday, I ( hopefully, if no worse emergency appears) I will get surgery. I have a lung disease so I do feel mildly worried ... Greetings from Japan Jennifer

Forgive Yourself for Not Knowing Any Better
You ever look back at an old version of yourself and cringe a little? The things you said… the people you trusted… the mistakes you made? Yeah. You're NOT alone. Here's something to keep in mind.. You didn’t fail you learned. You weren’t broken... you were becoming into the person who would one day know better. We can’t judge a younger version of ourselves for using the only awareness they had at the time. You were doing the best you could with what you knew... and that’s always enough. Think of life like learning to drive. At first, you stall the car, miss a turn, or maybe even hit a curb.. But years later, you glide through traffic effortlessly. Would you still shame the version of you who was just learning? Of course not.. You'd smile and say, “Wow, look how far I’ve come.” The same goes with a baby learning how to walk.. You know that in due time.. after failing time and time again... success will inevitably take its course. It's not different with you and you're evolution as a human on Earth. Here's a Practice For You: “The Mirror Moment” Here’s your one minute daily reset. Stand in front of a mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and say: “I forgive you for what you didn’t know back then...Thank you for growing, for trying, and for still being here.” Do that for 7 days straight and watch how your heart softens and your energy lightens. What’s one thing from your past that you’re ready to finally forgive yourself for? Drop it in the comments and let your story be heard. Because the moment you forgive yourself…you stop being at war with your own evolution. YOU GOT THIS!

@Arthur van Benthem 😅 yeah the 90’s were fun but don’t you think they were more fun and authentic than today’s?

I forgive myself for not trusting my own voice and keep people driving my own path because I thought they would know better and I lost my confidence myself. I forgive myself for keeping the fear controlling me. I forgive myself for keep searching for love and acceptance from men because I couldn’t have it from my own dad as I wished.
The Power of Daily Reminders: Reprogramming Your Mind for Greatness
Most people underestimate how easily the mind forgets who they really are. It gets caught in noise, comparison, and stress… until you start feeding it new messages every day. That’s why one of the simplest yet most powerful tools you can use is daily reminders of your greatness. Literally... set recurring notifications on your phone that pop up with empowering reframes or truths. Example: Imagine your phone buzzes at 9AM and you see: “You’ve overcome everything that was meant to break you.”.. Then again at 3PM: “Stay calm. God’s timing is perfect.” Or before bed: “You did enough today. You are enough. Continue to focus on the small wins.. We're getting there.” It’s like training your brain to come home to truth instead of fear ... every single day. Over time, these micro reminders become part of your identity. Try This Practice “Rewire Alerts” 1. Pick 3-5 reminders that empower you, reframe fear, or reconnect you to gratitude. 2. Add them as repeating notifications on your phone (morning, midday, and evening) Monday - Friday. 3. Watch how your inner state begins to shift within days. What’s one reminder you’d love to see pop up on your phone every day? Drop it below 👇 let’s fill this thread with words that lift each other higher. Love all of you!! WE GOT THIS!

You’re loved! You’re beautiful just the way you are! You’re not late, you’re just at the right time at the right place You’re not here to explain yourself to anyone. Be unapologetically yourself!
Writing a Letter to Your Future Self
One of the most powerful things you can do for your growth is… write a letter to your future self. Why is this so powerful? Because it pulls you out of today’s worries and into tomorrow’s possibilities. It’s like sending yourself a reminder of who you’re becoming and what truly matters when life gets busy. Imagine your 15-year-old self writing you a letter today. What would they say? Probably something like, “Don’t forget to laugh more, chase the dreams we once had, and don’t get lost in stress.” Now flip that around... imagine the future you (the one who’s wiser, calmer, stronger) writing back to you today. What would they tell you? That’s what this practice unlocks. Here’s a simple, life-changing exercise I call "Future Mirror": 1. Take 10 minutes today. 2. Write a letter from the YOU who is 1 year ahead... already living the life you desire. 3. Let them speak with gratitude, encouragement, and wisdom, as if it’s already real. 4. Seal it somewhere safe (or set a reminder in your calendar to read it exactly one year from now). This works because it bypasses doubt and fear, and connects you directly to your vision and inner wisdom. If your future self could tell you ONE thing today… what would it be?

This exercise is really hard for me. I feel every time I do it I’m like fantasizing my life! The only thing I know now is that I want to do everything now. Never postpone anything. I’m a bit torn between ideas and I’m not so sure if those are my ideas and voices or the voices of others. I feel I want to quit everything now and just act as a kid with no responsibility whereas I can’t do that forever unfortunately. I am in an adult body and I have to think like an adult. I feel I’m just born today, with no tools or life skills that can really help me move forward as an adult and I’m not a kid neither! So the idea of writing a letter to my future self is so vague and difficult at the moment..
