I am considering using the GHL Saas Pro plan to upgrade my agency to a software company and then offering marketing services on top of the monthly retainer to use the software OR just making it DIY. My company is called Appointify, and we help companies get more appointments. I’m unsure if this is the right decision as it feels like it could be going off path, however the vision with Appointify was to make it a plug and play Saas that local brick and mortar companies could use to make money AKA get more appointments… Would love some advice. Open to anything…

In a specific niche or any company? A lot of local businesses I've spoken to regarding this would prefer someone else to do it for them as normally they are knee deep in servicing their customers. Does sound like a good idea though if you can make it as simple as possible for them!

@Keagan Van Rensburg yeah makes sense! Sounds good man, are you focusing on the software or a few parts of the software maybe the DR aspect? I worked with a personal trainer a few months ago but he didn't have a big lead list. Is this something you've found working with 1 man bands?

Quick question

Who pays for the text messages being sent out to lead list. Is it us or the client? Heard it can stack up to quite a lot money with a big list

@James Lyons thank you. Not really sure how to sell that to a client.. I mean it would make it 100 times easier if I charged them and I covered the cost but then again if they go mad sending messages with lots of emojis then it effects me not them. Have you got an idea of how much it really is? I haven't been able to find an answer to this yet 😕

@Jamie Ogilvy so do you charge then a flat fee and whatever they spend on sms messages u pay for. Or you charge then separately to the monthly fee? And does being in the UK effect the price of messages.

Hi everyone, my names Ronan - I'm from the UK - Looking at starting my agency again ( previously had a Facebook ads whitelable agency ) . However this time looking at moving away from Facebook ads and leaning into sms marketing/ database reactivation. - Currently need help with how to offer this to potential clients, is this a monthly service? Can it be a monthly service? All that fun stuff. Looking forward to the journey ahead and seeing where I can take this 😀
