📌 Day 43 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview im by no means an expert with automation but i gotta say compared to a few months ago im in a different league. getting familiar with antigravity n8n make github now and visual studio code vercel to name a few. its really nice being able to spin up an n8n automation for my clients. they dont need to hire anyone else they hire me. such a good feeling this community is something else. big shout to max too been a huge help with this all of this always in my dms just checkn in. always appreciate it. just reflected on growth a bit today and happy with where im at but still want more. putting in the hours for 10k/mo i feel i have the habits i just cant find time to really make it happen. content is a time suck but i need it its part of my vision and i honestly really enjoy it. night and day difference as i said earlier. having tons of fun with this stuff but i gotta say im getting worked right now. theres not much time to do things besides work which is what i signed up for but running a biz sure is a lot of work. i have content scripted out and yt videos planned but im still finding myself chasing a lot of pings, and cant get around to it. the issue is chasing pings, gotta figure itout. this gig im working for 4k/mo is great but it really is a job ofc i got bills to pay so its real nice having that extra cash but it does hinder my growth if im being honest. why not just leave? well im also finding that im learning a ton mind you 12 months ago now i was working at a smoothie shop figuring shit out. fast forward today im levels absolute levels apart from where i was. so i really want this 10k/mo i know its here my concern is workload can i handle it probably but can i generate a real roi for client? if it was just one client hell yea i would crush it but theres a few other clients in the mix plus this "job" that has me a bit stuck and hesitant to make the full jump. honest truth but figuring things out.

Suddenly, a few days ago, I got an new inbound lead through my Instagram and got on a call with her. How I felt during the call: I know I didn’t prepare myself that much, and the call felt confusing and I was panicking when she ask about the price because honestly I don't know what do offer and how I should price it. Things I need to improve immediately: 1) I should be clear about expectations. That should be the top priority when I get on a call like this. 2) I should ask her to walk me through her current setup and the flows she already has. 3) Pitch an offer with everything she need helps with, do not separate each thing into one because that what messed me up. --- Right now, I don’t really know that much about email deliverability and warming up, so kinda need your guidance on this @Tre Heart. I end up handling her email deliverability, post-call sequences and 3-4 newsletter email per week. Very important question @Tre Heart: She asked me to recommend a platform for sending out her emails between Kit and Instantly. She has around 20k leads and is very worried about deliverability. She doesn’t want her emails to land in Promotions. What do you think is the best platform for her? About deliverability, I know I need to check the domain health on Google Postmaster and write emails that create high open and reply rates, but other than that, I have no idea lol.

@Setthawut Sangkapricha he had an email list of 3-4k and send it to 10-20 email as trail Idk is it works by sending into one mail, anyways give a try

📌 Day 38 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview pretty nice day today finally back to my setup so i had to clean up a bit. email reactivation campaign is done set up manychat sequence for client already built with another client previously and built some email systems for client. built out a landing page thats converting at 70% and initial email is 46% not too damn bad for first version. really just need to do revenue generating activities for this client hooking up my crm so he can track conversations via manychat and really start collecting $$$. my to do list is full right now need to start introducing the eisenhower matrix again which is just a fancy term for finding priorities. i do my best work in the am but im noticing ive been putting content and outreach first and all other projects get lower effort once 2pm hits may mean i just need to step away and hit the gym then. curious what others do to fight that 2pm slump coffee doesnt work for me just makes me anxious and gives me poor sleep. sometimes a 20 minute nap helps but other times i cant fall asleep. not a huge problem i usually just fight through but curious if anyone has any workarounds.

📌 Day 20 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $4,550 /mo +30 % rev overview spent some time today really analyzing whats going on. again im capped at $4.5k /mo (this time rly all from 1 client. im getting ready to launch emails once again. but im pretty reactive throughout day with messages/pings. both maxi and nick left a comment on my post basically saying meetings are running too long. i want perfection with this content team im managing. if content isnt how i want it thats a leadership problem and a clarity problem. my website rough draft is ready. i still need to add case studies and move them higher on the page. it looks pretty damn clean. akarisocial.com the newsletter upsell just got built out. it looks pretty sweet and can be used for all my clients. if you want to check it out feel free. the idea is when i work with founders i can segment audiences for email really easily through a quiz then upsell lots of potential rev from simple carrd pages ive setup this is a step up. real issues are poor prioritization being reactive to clients poor boundaries and an unclear routine. so the main change moving forward is my calendar. i blocked specific time to check socials and messaging platforms. i added a time blocker app on my phone called screenzen. now i cant see messages outside the windows i set. this should reduce message chasing + have me sticking to a stricter routine. its also forcing me to organize which is needed. another change ive introduced due to the volume of smaller projects and projects in general is a simple kanban board. that way i can track daily what needs to get done.
