📌 Day 62 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview (please read last paragraph and provide some input) project closes in 3 days pretty stoked. been pushing outreach past few days hit another 50 looms today + 3 HVO messages simply just permission based loom sends via email (leads from sales nav) + high value outreach. nick mentioned i push to 300 daily. need to do 300 daily i agree. bumping sends to 100 tomorrow sends tomorrow. gonna need to scrape more leads if i wanna push 300 daily. not enough accountability on these posts if im being honest. need to share loom stats/outreach stats. changing that tomorrow. ive changed my routine as well attatching below to share. basically to summarize outreach is done in the AM not up for debat and done daily. content is slow but my clients are genuinly curious about the content im posting very interesting watching unfold live already got an extra gig from it middle of last month. keeping on gas with content but outreach is more of the focus. 🔴 BIG QUESTION (PLEASE READ): Being honest I'm thinking about repositioning my offer slightly. Newsletters are great but most prospects I'm talking to seem to want manychat + CRM first. So my thinking is lead with ManyChat as the entry offer get them a fast win in 3–7 days then upsell into the newsletter and email system once I've built trust. The issue with pitching newsletters upfront is the payback period it can be anywhere from 1–6 months. Even if I compress that to 1–2 months it's still a tough sell to a new client who doesn't know me yet. ManyChat solves that. It's a shortcycle fastROI offer that's easy to say yes to. Once they see results quick the upsell into newsletters becomes a much easier conversation it's just expanding what's already working. So the repositioning would beManyChat + CRM (value wise thats $2,500 - $3,500 as the front end offer that closes deals newsletters and email as the back end system that compounds revenue over time. as far as content assuming i should fully pivot to being the manychat guy? or stick with being the newsletter guy?
