📌 Day 44 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview What a killer day today finally finding my groove. I've been feeling pretty rundown honestly lots of projects in progress but nothing was getting finished. Bit frusturating when you make progress forward and some other project takes 2 steps back. But thats how it goes, was much better chasing pings around today (i didnt) and just stuck to my check in times. Rize is easily one of the biggest gamechangers ive added, which ive talked about before. In other news email campaign is running smoothly bounce rate under 1% + open rate sitting at 34% so not too bad but not great. Its a pretty old list but we should be able to scrape a good chunk of change from it. Tracking my workouts/habits is very interesting its showing me patterns that Sunday/Monday is when I get lazy. If I simply just devote 2 - 3 hours in planning/setting up my week I think it puts me in a different league as far as productivity goes. Curious for those managing multiple projects at once, how are you keeping track of all the changes clients throw at you? Kanban board, ETC?

📌 Day 43 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview im by no means an expert with automation but i gotta say compared to a few months ago im in a different league. getting familiar with antigravity n8n make github now and visual studio code vercel to name a few. its really nice being able to spin up an n8n automation for my clients. they dont need to hire anyone else they hire me. such a good feeling this community is something else. big shout to max too been a huge help with this all of this always in my dms just checkn in. always appreciate it. just reflected on growth a bit today and happy with where im at but still want more. putting in the hours for 10k/mo i feel i have the habits i just cant find time to really make it happen. content is a time suck but i need it its part of my vision and i honestly really enjoy it. night and day difference as i said earlier. having tons of fun with this stuff but i gotta say im getting worked right now. theres not much time to do things besides work which is what i signed up for but running a biz sure is a lot of work. i have content scripted out and yt videos planned but im still finding myself chasing a lot of pings, and cant get around to it. the issue is chasing pings, gotta figure itout. this gig im working for 4k/mo is great but it really is a job ofc i got bills to pay so its real nice having that extra cash but it does hinder my growth if im being honest. why not just leave? well im also finding that im learning a ton mind you 12 months ago now i was working at a smoothie shop figuring shit out. fast forward today im levels absolute levels apart from where i was. so i really want this 10k/mo i know its here my concern is workload can i handle it probably but can i generate a real roi for client? if it was just one client hell yea i would crush it but theres a few other clients in the mix plus this "job" that has me a bit stuck and hesitant to make the full jump. honest truth but figuring things out.

📌 Day 42 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview Forgot to log yesterday but not much went down. Emails are warm so its time to get sending, taking a bit of a custom approach utilizing looms that have performed well in the past for me. All clients I have came from either referalls or the loom outreach system. New offer, new systems, and my current clients have been seeing results from them which has been a solid. on rev share we're at about $750 content on ig is early stages so im posting speaking directly to ICP and have booked 7 calls so far from it. but mostly just window shopping, after the first 2 calls I added a few questions to prevent time wasters which worked but honestly not seeing a good enough ROI on it have been at it for 2 weeks and while i know its a long term play, want a client ASAP in the next 15 or so days. meaning i just need to push email outreach + HVO looms.

📌 Day 40 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview its been 10% of the year so far pretty crazy to think about. as far as am i on track to hitting my goals still falling short. talked with my pops about this ceiling im at. i know if i wanted 8k to 10k a month its right around the corner and i feel pretty confident i could scale to that. but would the work be high quality? i took on a project too many these past few weeks and other clients effort was affected. its also a lot about poor prioritization. pops described the current state im in as building the ship as im sailing. you gotta kinda do both to figure it out and its just a stepping stone awkward growth stage. but stay consistent find those inputs and just keep hammering away and youll breakthrough. as far as what got done today maintenance managing email list content team threw up a linkedin post and an ig post. went to the dentist this am which kinda killed my morning but it happens. newsletters published and ive got to get my own newsletter out this week plus yt content. need to get back to the grind good things happen to me when im consistent posting. need to shift my lens from i dont want to post to posting gets me learning and researching and further educating myself on specific topics. maybe its copywriting setting up cold email campaign upwork updates etc. when i create content its almost like a quiz in school. i force myself to go that extra step and learn.
