Roast my call, what should I improve? (My internet got cut out at the beginning 😭) Overall, I think my pitching has improved, and I’m able to close the call more smoothly now. However, I feel like I could be more relaxed and natural. Maybe I should’ve built more rapport and mentioned small things like her coffee. It felt okay overall, but I know it can be better; I’m just not exactly sure where. I want to step into a higher-level role too.

Suddenly, a few days ago, I got an new inbound lead through my Instagram and got on a call with her. How I felt during the call: I know I didn’t prepare myself that much, and the call felt confusing and I was panicking when she ask about the price because honestly I don't know what do offer and how I should price it. Things I need to improve immediately: 1) I should be clear about expectations. That should be the top priority when I get on a call like this. 2) I should ask her to walk me through her current setup and the flows she already has. 3) Pitch an offer with everything she need helps with, do not separate each thing into one because that what messed me up. --- Right now, I don’t really know that much about email deliverability and warming up, so kinda need your guidance on this @Tre Heart. I end up handling her email deliverability, post-call sequences and 3-4 newsletter email per week. Very important question @Tre Heart: She asked me to recommend a platform for sending out her emails between Kit and Instantly. She has around 20k leads and is very worried about deliverability. She doesn’t want her emails to land in Promotions. What do you think is the best platform for her? About deliverability, I know I need to check the domain health on Google Postmaster and write emails that create high open and reply rates, but other than that, I have no idea lol.

📌 Day 47 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview crushed it today 6 ig vids to make up for sunday, newsletter, linkedin post, 5 hvo outreach sent yt filmed and the busiest day of the week taken care of took a look at the past 15 days and audited my time mostly looking at rize and easily the biggest distraction i have right now is discord aka social media that shows up on the rize tracker i ended up figuring out. its usually 2 hours per day and while that may not seem like a ton its the effect it has on my focus its too much context switching chasing pings around managing this content team. its not the job i want to continue pursuing but of course its also paying the bills so gotta give a little. because i dont wanna continue this gig for all that much longer i need to make a change. content is really shifting its booking me calls but prospects just arent exactly what i want. and im hitting outreach a bit harder id say my main problem is just finding the leads i want to be outreaching to. they have to have high ticket or have some serious volume as far as traffic for me to make an impact with implementing email systems. does that maybe mean email isnt the biggest needle mover for most biz owners? while ive contemplated that i also feel that without them thats just crazy. posting more content to the right audience makes people more money? well so does a well articulated email for a founder. ive seen direct correlation even inside maker school when nick launches promos there is an impact. if ecom biz owners are doing email why not founders? thats my rant its by no means my end all be all agency. i just want those $15k /mo's need to simply just keep hitting
