Success does not guarantee happiness
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Let me tell you a story. Back when I was around 15 years old I got my first “taste,” of success in business. I started an ebay selling business I was still in school at the time and in April of 2024, it blew up. I went from £0 a month to £1000 made this month. And that was my goal for so, so long, yet I was still feeling like “meh.” The real reason why was: There was no purpose in my work, I did not enjoy it and did not feel like I was impacting the world in a good way. Of you too want true happiness beyond money, find the work you love, it is the only way, and heal all your messed up past trauma’s you have been avoided. Success alone will not make you happy. 💭 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐌 𝐈'𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝.

How I healed my trauma from bullying
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) When I was younger I used to get bullied, very badly in school. This was not even that long ago just a couple years ago in fact. I would get called names, and I just did not fit in the group I was in… It was horrible and it 100% left me with trauma. But I healed it. Here is how: Journaling, I remember the day after I left school cause I actually was bullied so bad I left school early on my final year, the morning after I journaled deeply, here was how I journaled to heal the trauma I developed: Journal about your whole story of the incident , write the full story out on your notes in as much detail possible. Then end the note by answering questions like this: 1. What can I be grateful for about this? 2. How did this make me a better person? 3. How can I rewrite the story in an empowering way? Pin that note, keep it in mind and look at in of in doubt. You can heal too. Also right now I am still actively healing the specific bullying incidents that give me trauma and I am processing the unprocessed emotions. (Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) For the longest time, I thought trauma was something you were born with and that was that. I was wrong. Trauma isn’t just what happens in childhood or some deep mysterious thing only therapists talk about. It’s simply unprocessed emotions, feelings you never got to fully experience or express when something painful happened. Not everyone has trauma. Some people are lucky enough to avoid those moments. Others have gone through tough experiences but managed to heal them naturally over time. Even I, as a trauma and mental health coach, have some unhealed parts I’m still working through, and that’s okay. Healing is a process. If you’re wondering whether you have trauma, take this short quiz: 👉 https://bayareacbtcenter.com/complex-trauma-quiz/ And if your results show signs of trauma, don’t panic. That awareness is actually a gift. It’s your mind showing you exactly where to look to heal and grow. If you don’t have trauma, amazing. Keep building on that. If you do, remember: you can fix it. Healing is possible. 💬 Comment below: Your score results.

Why money won’t make you happy
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) I have coached over 50+ entrepreneurs on healing their trauma and as a result made them happy beyond money. And my promise to you of you fully focus on this post to the end you will understand why money alone can not make you happy, and the hidden reason why you are unhappy despite money. And how to begin your healing journey today. So without further ado I will show you the 3 part frame work. Part 1: Money alone is not the answer The biggest reason, so many entrepreneurs despite success still remain unhappy, is because of how they made the money! They get caught up in hustle culture, and they build businesses that are like golden handcuffs. They sacrifice everything for their business, and in the end when they get those stripe payments it feels meaningless cause they did not enjoy the journey. Always make sure to enjoy the journey. Part 2: The hidden reason you are still unhappy despite success And another one of the most under talked things, that as someone who has literally helped over 50+ entrepreneurs, I see it as the biggest reason as to why these people are still unhappy. And that is… Unhealed trauma. Hear me out, I say this because the reason why so many entrepreneurs want to make businesses and money, they do it out of the wrong desire cause they have unhealed trauma. This makes them miserable even despite success. This is why healing is so vital! Part 3: The Op system to heal: Here is a video I made it is a full guide to healing trauma, enjoy! 💭 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐌 𝐈'𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝.
