Hello, we're currently transitioning our community to a school setting. We aim to grant free access to all active members (who were previously paying) initially and then convert the group to a paid subscription. Will the system automatically recognize this transition, ensuring that these individuals won't be billed once we've made the switch? Thanks!
@Suzanne Buckley Hey Suzanne, you brought up an old post, and I was confused for a second about what I had written there—haha. But yes, it should still be exactly the same. You can test it yourself and see how it works.
You can only send an email every 72 hours, and I would definitely use that wisely. Combine each email with a strong post or update for your community. It’s a cool feature because it forces you to really think about delivering quality content since you can’t send emails whenever you want. I would always keep it on cooldown, so use it and keep a tracker/timer for when it is ready again.
Amazing community, of Pros and Newbies, reaching out to help each other, with no hate speech, amazing reach and engagement, discovering new communities is extremely handy, explore new ideas and ventures, and explore yourself, what an amazing platform
Hey skoolers! I want to ask you and all who are here if you know a solution for my challenge that I am facing right now. 3 months ago I started my free Community in german language. Since 1 week I have switched to English because the market is bigger and more aware of the problem that I am solving. I also attached a Screenshot of one post in German so you know what I mean by that. Do you know a possible solution to translate all the content that was written in German to translate it into English. A bulk method would be really cool. I appreciate your 2 cents and would like to elaborate on that. Thank you very much Felix
@Felix Weinzinger Yeah, I’d just leave it as is and not worry about it for now. Let it be and focus on getting new comments from English-speaking people. I mean it would also be questionable if we can just change around comments and what people wrote because we are admins.
