HELP! URGENT!

I have a client that has an e-com.

We had a HUGE DROP in sales in the last week... big deal! Our overall conversion rate has dropped in half!

We usually have 80% traffic on mobile and most sales (65%) are from mobile.

These last week, we had 70% traffic from mobile and only 30% sales from mobile (& 70% sales from PC.)

So, that tells me, there is something wrong on mobile.

The SUPER WEIRD part is, I am doing tests to see whats going on, and if I am on WIFI, the loading of info is suuuuper slow! (both pc and mobile, if conection is WIFI) like 25 seconds+ to open a product page. But if I am on my celphone's internet, its super fast. And my WIFI speed test is fine!

Anyone has had this problem that could help?
