Good morning community and welcome to a new week. Today for the 5th day in a row I got up put the coffee on and meditated, danced (today 2 Blondie songs very nostalgic!) journaled before hopping on the computer. I am headed over to Evergreen Foundation for intention setting. Got so much going on and so many commitments and have to keep my commitment to "Rooting in self before extending out" at the center.
