Lyrics Born - "Callin' Out"
Soundtrack of the day is the Bay Area local artist that gets me moving and makes me proud to be from the Bay. While usually I give my thoughts and why, this I am going to let the lyrics speak for themselves! Line from 2 minutes in "We going to make shit happen right here right now. My life is a combination of my life's achievements with a lot of heavy lifted and a lot of deep breathing, a lot of courage a lot of doubts a lot of mixed feelings, a lot of love a lot of luggage for a lot of reasons......." Love to hear your thoughts and share the song kicking off your weekend!
Mon Rovia Heavy Foot
Today song of the day. Truth is I can't remember if I posted this one before but worth a second post. Love his voice and his message. Feeling the power of music to move us and to inspire us. It can be soft and strong at the same time. What is moving you today? Movement is the theme for both the song and the kind of daily dose. Slow and powerful!
