New Agency, Help me
Hi, Guy it's Daim. I've started my agency and I went into hvac niche. I've got like 1000 phone numbers and called like 800+ but all of them were gatekeepers. So, I've got crazy sales script(nepq, josh, tony) but I haven't spoke with hvac owners yet which means I haven't even tested my skills because all I'm doing is dealing with gatekeepers. Please someone give me advice, what should I do to generate leads(hvac), get owners contact not gatekeepers. And also would you please tell me some proven niches that don't have gatekeepers, because I wanna try some other niches that don't have gatekeepers. One thing I'd like to tell you guys, is that I haven't got even one client yet, is because I haven't even spoke with owners yet, just get around gatekeepers so far.

You need to learn how to bypass gatekeepers. Don't just niche hop because you can't get to owners. Check out some videos on youtube how to bypass them. Also another way is to filter out the phone numbers using clearoutphone. Check the ones that are mobile, because you have a higher chance of reaching the owner that way rather than calling landlines. A piece of advice to bypass gatekeeper, which I have used, is to find out the owner's name and ask directly for him, and if the gatekeeper asks why just answer something like "It's something personal" or "This is (your name), he's expecting my call" or something like that. Just play around with it.

Good shit, but do more now. You should aim for a 2% booking rate. Also what are you trying to do to get past gatekeepers?

Guys, I am officially done with 15,000+ cold calls. Could hardly book 2 demos a week, then started booking 14, and then 25 DEMOS A WEEK WITH JUST COLD CALLS.
