New Agency, Help me

Hi, Guy it's Daim. I've started my agency and I went into hvac niche. I've got like 1000 phone numbers and called like 800+ but all of them were gatekeepers. So, I've got crazy sales script(nepq, josh, tony) but I haven't spoke with hvac owners yet which means I haven't even tested my skills because all I'm doing is dealing with gatekeepers. Please someone give me advice, what should I do to generate leads(hvac), get owners contact not gatekeepers. And also would you please tell me some proven niches that don't have gatekeepers, because I wanna try some other niches that don't have gatekeepers. One thing I'd like to tell you guys, is that I haven't got even one client yet, is because I haven't even spoke with owners yet, just get around gatekeepers so far.
