Lead Quality Problem โŒ
Hey guys! How are you doing? For the last 2 weeks, I've been running ads for a cosmetic salon. The results of the campaigns are pretty good. I got her 42 leads with the average cost for each being $3. One lead has a value of $50 + they will come more than once. The offer we run is one for lash lifting: buy 3 lash lifting treatments and get serum for home treatment for free, and the other one is a free consultation for any cosmetic treatment spending a total of $8 a day (in the Czech Republic). However, the lead quality is not what I expected. Out of these 42 leads, only one came into the salon and the rest were scheduled but didn't come or cancelled it. What we do is that I get her lead, I'll send her the info about the lead and she calls them and books them in herself. I don't think it's the lady's mistake, but there's just something off with the quality of people filling out the FB opt-in. I was thinking about some additional age or interest targeting. Potentially putting more questions into the opt-in since now they currently fill out their name, email, phone and city. I'm not sure. Do you have any tips on how to get a better percentage of people that come into the salon? I am extremely grateful for any tips and would love to connect. ๐Ÿ™ Thank you!

This sounds like it might not be a lead quality issue. Do you train her on calling her leads?Most of these guys give up at the first objection with leads. Also where does she book them? Do they even receive reminders? And if so, do the reminders push them into commitment?

@Matyรกลก Kratochvil Definitely do that and give her a script she can follow. I used to take calls for my own clients at first to be better equipped help them later on. I'd add more reminders. You could have more personalized messages, ask questions in the reminder sequence to get them to engage, leave them a voicemail, etc. What I do for my own agency is I have a reminder in there that says something along the lines of "I have an hour locked in for us. Let me know if that time still works for you otherwise I'd be losing that timeslot. Thanks."
