Groundhog Day... A wonderful metaphor for ERP (escaping anxiety)
In this clip from video 34 of my calmness 'Life Skills' course, I discuss how sometimes we need to change the 'context' of an issue, to get out of all the old 'content!' And how ERP applied to your life works faster than being applied to your fears (Video 50 series on ERP)

Hellloooo Classiffieders! A huge win for my womens community is watching people begin to work through their discomfort! In Love Our Laughter, we practice intentional laughter throughout the day to lighten our moods, shift our energy and presense, and move through challenges with a little more ease. But, intentional laughter is awkward!!! Even when it becomes real, laughing by ourselves at nothing seems foreign and uncomfortable. 🫥 Then, often our ego and self consciounsness take over and the inner critic comes out swinging! HOWEVER, I'm seeing comments that they are taking time to laugh more often, and laughter is helping! And some people are beginning to post videos of themselves laughing! I hope to see a ton more of that! And more of you! Come join us!😉

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

Hi, I’m Rachael. I currently live in Kentucky (not by choice! Sorry if you love Kentucky!🤣 it’s like Footloose here!) I teach tarot in a non traditional way since I have adhd and a goofy and quite immature sense of humor! I’m also an avid birder and my life list is currently at 317! Still haven’t seen a ptarmigan and my husband still won’t let me forget it! 😂
