Yoooo so this is a HUGE win but also something very small at the same. Today I was working on the tills at my local petrol station/garage and it was almost the end of my shift. Really busy serving but I am also in charge of controlling and watching over the self serve tills opposite me. Well, I saw a girl on a self serve till with a stunning figure, who turned out to be one of my high school crushes (I had a few lmao). She turned around as she was walking out after using the self serve tills and we just locked eyes and smiled for a bit. I didn't say anything because I lost my voice again yesterday and only just getting it back again now so it hurt a lot to speak (I know I've lost my voice twice in the span of a month ffs) but we held eye contact for just a bit longer than most would deem comfortable. Old me would have looked away quick and been submissive but not now! She was the kind of girl who would never pay attention to me in school who just fucking locked eyes with me 7 years later lol. She is a perfect 10/10 for me, no doubt. I gotta say, it did start feeling like 🪨 downstairs for a moment. Wish I just said "hi [name], how's it going?" to let her know I wasn't shy at all to speak up but I was focusing on giving the old gentleman his change correctly. Plus, I have had quite a few encounters with hot girls now that I think of it which went well. Semen retention has just come so naturally to me now that I don't even notice that I am benefitting so much from it, it's crazy! It's mad how in high school, nobody ever payed attention to me unless they were bullying me or making fun of me for just existing but I can see that the male advantage is slowly taking affect and the tables are starting to turn the older I get. @Ian Robson I've finally got a small taste of what's to come like in your situation. Don't get me wrong, I've not even started to see the full affects of semen retention yet and with age, it will only get better!

i should have made this post earlier but please do not take on the challenge of NNN! see yourself as someone who has already quit 🌽 not someone who struggles with quitting, else you will fail. when you make it a challenge you acknowledge that you find it hard to quit and we don't need to make quitting any harder than it is. so what should you do then? what i have been preaching through my videos all this time! NNN is the stupidest challenge because just like streaks, you are telling your brain that after November ends, you can go back to your addiction. it's stupid and does more harm than good.
