Registered and I’m super excited about this workshop.
Saving myself $164/mo by going through memberships I'm not using...
Well, not a win for building my site, being consistent with content, or getting new clients BUT still a win for my business. I just cancelled or deferred or converted $164 per MONTH...RECURRING! And I have a few more memberships I may end. This past weekend I went through my YNAB for all my courses and memberships. For one group, I've been a member since 2017 (!) and I asked if I could just have Lifetime Member status. They're going to talk about it and get back to me, but they think yes. Another membership I will eventually use but it's not the right material for me at this time in my business, so I'm putting my membership on hold until May 15, 2025 and I'll re-evaluate then. Then the last two memberships I just cancelled because I literally never log in. (Don't worry, I'm staying here.) :-) Ideally, you're only using one card or one account for your business and keeping all your transactions separate. Take a few moments and go through your charges and see what else you can cancel. It feels good. And now I know I'm paying for what I'm actually using and not paying for things that stress me out because I'm trying to find the time but I can't.

It feels so good to declutter some digital dust, right? I did this recently, and my wallet is thanking me big time, too. 😊
Wooooo 82 subs on YouTube in 2 weeks (6 videos)!
That's great movement for me! Here's what I'm trying now that is different from the past: 1. minimal to no editing videos 2. making my face the biggest part of the thumbnail (preferably with my mouth closed - it's more inviting) 3. understanding that a random rambling to me can be life changing advice to someone else and publishing it anyways Any other YT tips from the pros out there??

That's amazing. Congratulations! I’m not a pro and starting (or just getting back) to build my channel. So, I don't have tips. To me, all three points sound powerful. I’m aiming also for 1 and 3. However, putting your face on the thumbnail is something I’ll definitely try. 😊

@Jake Enslin yes, absolutely agree. I‘ve come to the conclusion too after shifting my perspective and asking myself the question of why I am watching and subscribing to the channels I‘ve subscribed. People want to connect to real people like themselves. 😊 It’s not just for the information or content.
Burnout Got me this year
Hey hey! I've been a marriage coach for 5 years, slowly building my biz. I've been all in since the beginning and started a membership last year. I hovered at 20 members for a very low membership fee and last month I made the decision to stop the membership and go back to 1:1 coaching. If I'm honest, I've been burnt out a lot this year. Perimenopause is kicking this 46 year olds but. All that to say, i have drastically slowed down selling and even questioned whether or not I should just go get a degree in therapy so I could work for someone else. All that to say this: I've completed the Mindset module and it's EXACTLY what I needed to hear. The good thing about starting a membership last year is that I completed a KICKASS 8 week relationship course and a 6 week Sexual Intimacy course. They are so good - and just sitting there! I'm excited to package them up and sell them! I'm focusing a lot on self care and nurturing my body - becuase it's literally screaming at me to do so. But, I'm excited to to find the balance of self care and selling again. Happy to be here. Happy to have a little fire in me for selling coaching (and my new course) again! Thank you, @Mariah Coz !

Burnout coupled with perimenopause challenges can be really hard. It's great that you are now focusing on taking care of yourself. Also someone who has gone through such challenges (and still going thru some), what I’ve learned ist that when you take care of yourself everything else comes into place too. Btw, what really helps me with the perimenopause challenges is breath work, meditation, and letting go of sugar and dairy. 😊
1month of free mini course with short content, is too much?
Hi 😊 I have a business on courses of making jewelry, I always had lauch with free mini course in 7 days with 3-4 videos of 15-25 minutes and final webinar. Recently, I have notice that the focus is changed and people ask more time. Maybe this formula is not the best? So, this is why I'll try with 1 month of mini course on Telegram, every week I'll publish a short video, answer to question, explain some particular ecc...until final webinar for open the subscriptions. Have you some suggestion? Have you try something similar? Every comment is important for me, thank you! ⭐

Is this like a guided activities (challenge alike) group where they get a certain result at the end? If so, I find a Telegram group with videos, somes resources and q&a’s great, especially for crafts. From what I see in people's buying behavior (as a buyer myself and from business!pener perspective as well), people seek deeper connections and relevancy in order to buy something, especially in education and coaching. So, in my opinion, the Telegram experience is great. If I were you, I even would go without a webinar. Why put another hurdle on the way? I would sprinkle invitation cues throughout the whole experience and then invite them to join whatever you are launching at the end of the experience. Open cart for a few days. However, the best way to know what works for you is to try and see what works for you best. 😊

@Giorgia Graziani yes, definitely start doing it. Then everything feels so naturally: selling, inviting, and people joining. Mariah teaches that, too (and leads by example). I love it.
