FORMATTING REQUEST for "Send Email To Everyone" function in Skool.
Hi Skool Team — I love the ability that Skool offers to send an email to everyone in the group; I use it frequently! HOWEVER, the formatting of the email that my users receive is coming across with a "clunky" appearance in my opinion, and could really be improved somehow. I've attached a screen shot of the "email info" as seen in Gmail when my Skool-email is received, and it's repeating my name four times because: 1) my group is called Paul Exner Sailing, 2) I'm Paul Exner, and 3) the opening sentence says again "Paul Exner Sailing Paul Exner created..." This just looks unprofessional and like I don't know what I'm doing. The formatting lowers my credibility I feel to the point where the email won't get opened. Does anyone have suggestions about how Skool could improve the formatting of the emails Skool sends out? At a minimum, perhaps the "opening sentence" could strike the group and person's name, and instead begin with the opening sentence in the body of the Skool-Community-Post? I definitely think something should be modified with this function ... a positive change would be welcomed and improve the credibility of the email being sent. In a business where email is our lifeline, I think this is a high priority! Thanks for your consideration! Aloha, Paul

Hi @Sid Sahasrabuddhe ... Happy New Year; and, have you seen my User Feedback in this post? I'm wondering if you or any of your team have an opinion/feedback on my request? Thank you, Paul
Free-members AND paid-members in the same group?
How do I set 10-20 members in my group to FREE, and everyone else PAID? Thanks! Paul

@Erika Kulpina ... Thank you for writing these steps for me. I'll try this method and let you know if I have any questions. Kind regards, Paul
$65k SUCCESS // Migrated my 10-week Mastermind to Skool
So, I've been with @Sam Ovens since Uplevel; I was a Skool Beta Tester in the early days; then I jumped into Masterminds when Sam said it was the way to go. TODAY, I delivered the BEST live session of my life on Session_1 of my mastermind that I migrated to Skool one week ago (this is the 2nd time I'm running this mastermind) — specifically, I had my Mastermind in a site I built in Squarespace but it lacked MOST of what Skool offers. EVERY participant wrote me separately after S1 today and said: "Man, you exceeded my expectations!" My curriculum is bomb-proof, and Skool's tools are perfect for managing participant productivity. The gross revenue for the mastermind was sold over six months and sums to $65k... I also sold my other offers at the same time for additional revenue. But, the way I'm looking at this, my work/revenue trade off is $26k/month for 2.5 months, and I can still sell my other offers at the same time! PLUS, when it rains it pours because I have like 10 organic leads to offer the mastermind to this week, as I'm doing a Welcome Week. One thing is certain... If we keep pushing, and pushing, and pushing... the magic appears. More than anything, I want to consistently hit $30k consecutive months; then, I'll ramp it up another notch. The business is getting there ... Most importantly, I'm killing it on Participant Satisfaction! Aloha, Paul

Google Meet LINKS // From Event Pop-Up in Calendar
Hi. I've created a Google Meet in the future and posted its link in the Event on the Calendar. When I navigate to the link, it only offers static info to be copied and pasted. QUESTION: Since the meeting isn't technically live yet I was thinking that's why the link doesn't work; does anyone know if the Meeting becomes hyperlinked when it's in session? If not, do you recommend the students copy and paste the link to gain access to the meeting? @Sid Sahasrabuddhe could you provide some guidance in this regard? Thank you for your help!

Thank you, @Sid Sahasrabuddhe ... you are correct; using "https://" created the hyperlink. I did a FULL TEST of the Google Meet link feature from my Skool Event as a meeting host with meeting controls, and then used my Skool test account to enter the meeting by asking to join. Everything is working as expected. I really like the seamless connection within Skool between community, calendar, events, classroom, and chat — awesome power! Thanks for your speedy response Sid! Aloha, Paul
Group chat functionality
We have a few admins in our group. Every time we coordinate events, we step out of Skool and use another App (Telegram). This creates mild friction and information loss. We would like to focus on Skool instead of splitting between Apps. As a substitute, is it possible to include multiple members in a thread?

As I read these comments, my understanding of this situation grows; and, I believe I too have been wondering how to do this in Skool. My overall group contains subsets of participants concentrating (and paying) for separate coaching. There's huge benefit to keeping everyone in my overall group, and allowing separate focused discussions. I've finally launched my group on Skool and we're beginning IN FORCE next week. I'll have more to offer as I dive deeper. Thank you, and everyone has written some convincing points in favor of this feature. Aloha, Paul
