FORMATTING REQUEST for "Send Email To Everyone" function in Skool.

Hi Skool Team — I love the ability that Skool offers to send an email to everyone in the group; I use it frequently! HOWEVER, the formatting of the email that my users receive is coming across with a "clunky" appearance in my opinion, and could really be improved somehow.

I've attached a screen shot of the "email info" as seen in Gmail when my Skool-email is received, and it's repeating my name four times because: 1) my group is called Paul Exner Sailing, 2) I'm Paul Exner, and 3) the opening sentence says again "Paul Exner Sailing Paul Exner created..."

This just looks unprofessional and like I don't know what I'm doing. The formatting lowers my credibility I feel to the point where the email won't get opened.

Does anyone have suggestions about how Skool could improve the formatting of the emails Skool sends out?

At a minimum, perhaps the "opening sentence" could strike the group and person's name, and instead begin with the opening sentence in the body of the Skool-Community-Post?

I definitely think something should be modified with this function ... a positive change would be welcomed and improve the credibility of the email being sent.

In a business where email is our lifeline, I think this is a high priority!
