Im new to all this A2P stuff and looking for clarification. When a lead calls or texts my A2P number, does that count as an optin? If I have a database from old clients/customers with numbers and emails that have not gone thru an optin process, what can I do to get them thru an optin process??

As an agency owner focused on automating processes for mortgage brokers, I thought I had GHL pretty much figured out.
