Hi Brenda, whether you are using a “no recording” or “recording” option, some states have laws that require getting consent. We recommend getting consent from all clients, even if they aren’t in a two-party consent state. Passive/implied consent is sufficient (giving disclosure, I.e. they don’t need to sign something necessarily). Our team is happy to compare notes with you on what you are working on, we are having these conversations every day :)
