Community support via Likes will level you up to provide additional Classroom access, and enhance our group culture with you in it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✅ START TRAINING❗️ Here is a strategy that will help you get the most out of your training: 1) Go to Classroom/Start Here. Learn the first set of principles and processes 2) Begin Good Guys Build Backs (GGBB) start with #GGBB Session #1 10/9/2025 and repeat it 2-3x during a seven day period. 3) If you have shoulder issues, also start with #HYS: #1, which can be done with 2) without conflict, 2-3x during the same seven day period. 4) GGBB pairs exceptionally well with Hips of Fury. Begin #HOF One 9/19/2025 This is more intense work that begins strengthening your hips at length all the way around the sockets, and makes ALL of the straddle work more accessible. Same deal with 2-3x/week. 5) Enter the Straddle is perfect if you can sit in s straddle position with a 90 ° spread, and have the ability to lean forward and put your hands on the floor unassisted. #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 is the beginning of lifetime changes. Numbers 4) and 2) are exceptional to make this whole series far superior. Repeat all training choices twice weekly at a minimum. You will gain wisdom with the training that you repeat, and repeating it will give you more time to properly adapt. Expect to see noticeable positive changes after a couple of weeks of consistent work. What is helping me the most is different type of dynamic strength stretching. I notice something is different when I spar but I have yet to fully understand the benefits yet. I will find out more as I progress! Thanks again coach

I just have to say, after 4 years of Andre, there's not a single thing this guy can't fix. I'm incredibly grateful I met him so many years ago. I have a spinal fusion in L4-L5. When you are an athlete for life and they tell you at 19 you will never play a contact sport again, or that you aren't supposed to even vacuum your house that hits. I got told I would be back with in 10 years for another. Long story short...it's been 22 years since surgery. My disc is finally starting to go but I'm fighting it and GGBB is helping! I was at an intense training last weekend when during switch kick drills I had pain shoot down my leg. I stepped to the side, worked some GGBB for 5 minutes and I was back on the mats with zero problems the rest of the day!! Anywho, just needed to say thank you to Andre for sharing his amazing knowledge with the rest of us and helping give me and so many others a better life😊💪

Accessing Enter The Straddle
Hi all, I have been in week 5 or 6 in enter the straddle but for some reason now I cannot access it. It says I need to unlock level 2. Can anyone give me an insight or help on this?
