Hey! From a person who couldn't do a single pull-up to now being able to do 8 in a row. Just spam pull ups honestly. You might be able to move a few inches upwards at the start (That's progress) Keep doing that till you get 1 pull up. Soon 1 becomes 2 2 becomes 4 And you build the strength needed
Got a chance to go to the office gym and squeeze 50 dips in between meetings. What is the ideal number? I'm thinking 100 push ups 100 dips 50 pull ups Whenever I hit any one of those exercises
I know Dips are the best calisthenics workout for bigger chests. But I travel a lot and might not always have access to bars. What is the community's thoughts on Push-ups and what workout routine would work best?
