Nervous Nancy
I've been at my new job for 3 weeks. Tomorrow, Monday is when we're moving to a split shift roster. I am stressing that our section (powder coating and delivery/shipping preparation) will crumble in my hands and it'll just be another in a long line of failures and reveal the fraud that i think I am. Problem is, I like this job and the people. Just saying it here to get it off my chest I guess.

@Tracy Weiss I will try, at least for the first one. I've got work at 0530 anyway. Lol.

@Tracy Weiss 🤣😂🤣 very true!
Appreciated
I was given a job sorting mixed up pallets. Numbers like w1-uf-dh75-1200x642-nh on every one, nearly 50 of them. After the job was done my team leader came to me and genuinely thanked me saying "I couldn't have given that job to many people hand have it done to that level, thank you, I really appreciate it." and shook my hand. The dopamine hit was intense and lingered for a minute or so. I then found out that two sections of my workshop had asked fot me there that day.

Thanks guys. Yeah, in other jobs I've always gotten "what's taking you so long" and "hurry up" This was a pleasant surprise.
Keep it simple.
I believe keeping things in life simple will makes our life more simpler. We should not be making things complicated. As, we should be worrying about the things which are matter to us only, not about what society and world is trying to imposing on us. Be optimistic about your life journey and set your life expectations right. It could be anything.

I'm an over thinker so I hurt my own self over things that never even happen.
Looking for 10 beta test users new AI
What's up, ADHD Harmony fam! I'm looking for 10 beta testers to try our brand new free AI-powered onboarding experience. We've built a powerful new assessments that will become the starting point for everyone doing the 5-Day Challenge going forward. What you'll be testing: 1. Your ADHD Snapshot (~25 min) 9 deep questions across three dimensions: Your ADHD Story, The Hidden Cost, and Why You're Here Now. At the end, our AI generates a personalized portrait of your ADHD experience. 2. The ADHD Awakening Assessment (~45 min) 15 questions that go even deeper across five dimensions: The Truth About Your Brain, Your Invisible Identity Cage, Rewriting Your Internal Code, The Harmony Reset, and Your Path Forward. This one maps out where you actually are right now: your patterns, your strengths, your limiting beliefs, and what your ideal life actually looks like. You'll get a full AI-generated psychological portrait that connects all the dots. This is the same assessment as the previous 5-Day Challenge, but potentially even richer since it uses the new ADHD snapshot assessment as extra context. You'll be doing this on the new Harmony AI platform, the same environment our paid program members use. You'll have access to the two worksheets only, not the other features. Who I'm looking for: - 5 people who have already done the 5-Day Challenge but want to experience the new assessment flow on the new platform - 5 people who are already in this community but haven't done the challenge yet (or missed it and have been wanting to jump in) How to apply: Drop "REDO" (if you already did the challenge) or "NEW "(if you are new and want to give this a try) in the comments below and I'll pick 10 people at random from the list. 💛 Jim

NEW
Hi, I'm Nick from Australia.
I was diagnosed with ADD back in the 80s while we were posted to England but that was really the last i heard about it till I got an ADHD diagnosis for myself. Dyslexic, CPTSD, acute anxiety and depression. Violent family childhood and street kid by 16. Substance abuse since 11. Had a million different jobs. First kid at 19 got 3 and one step. Got sober this year, as of this post 259 days, becausei literally drank my marriage away. You can ask me about pretty much anything. I like to play and write music, poetry (although inspiration has been lacking in the last year and a half) and build Lego with my 7 year old, Logan. He is literally the only reason I'm still here. I thought for forever that I was just a fuck up. Thanks for accepting me into the group.
