If you woke up today with potential partners reaching out to you...
I bet you are in Coffee Dates on Demand! I bet you've got your Giving FUN-nel cranked up. I bet you also feel like you are in CONTROL of your future and ability to get partners and deals. Not everyday is rainbows and unicorns... We run into rude buttheads. Tech gremlins. And AI wants to be naughty sometimes. But... We are riding baby. Wind in our hair. The handlebars are in OUR hands and we control where we're going! (and how fast!) I'm very proud of the Givers! As you know... I've counted up the people who have got coffee dates... 98% of all Givers are getting coffee dates from COLD ASS OUTREACH! This is why... I am releasing the SELF-PACED version of CDOD. So... It's affordable for every Ronin to wake up with potential partners reaching out to them. Because conversations lead to deals. GIVING is a way better convo opener than TAKING peeps time to "jump on a call"... ANYONE can give. Starting TODAY! The most common response after ONE of our Gives is... "What's the next step?" from a potential partner. (See pic) Giving is... āœ…Predictable. āœ…Controllable. āœ…FUN! I can get ya started for 50 bucks with my payment program... Get started today and you can wake up with potential partners reaching out to YOU by next week. You want? šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡

That convo on Honey's post gave me the same idea! I thought about co-reg deals, how brands chip in on billboards, etc, and thought that approach would be a cool spin on auctions. Also have an idea about following-up the auction with a list-building contest so non-buyers (and losing bidders) can still win prizes from the vendors. The group admin gets an email asset and builds goodwill, the vendors can get sponsorships/leads/sales, and you get to monetize it all.
How would you monetize a 100K-member Houston jobs group?
Someone reached out wanting me to run an auction inside a Houston-based jobs group with over 100,000 members. Most posts are either ā€œI need a job in Houstonā€ or ā€œWe’re hiring.ā€ I’m guessing he’s already monetizing by pinning posts for a fee… but he wouldn’t say. Wouldn’t jump on Zoom. Stays anonymous. No relationship with his people. So I passed. But now I’m wondering… Is there an angle I missed? It’s a hyper-specific niche. And jobs = money. If you had access to such a group, how would you monetize it?

@Honey Syed I didn't think about this until after I posted, but the oil industry is booming TX. Do you think group members might be receptive to opportunities in that industry? I recently relocated to Dallas and met a few creators in the "land a job in oil and gas" space.

@Honey Syed I don't know if I'd consider these posts indicative of interest in oil/gas specifically, but the group is active, which is a good sign. if you wanted to pursue opportunities here, maybe you could start by running a survey with some questions like: 1. "What's your biggest career obstacle right now?" 2. "What's your BIGGEST obstacle to landing your next job in Houston right now? (Pick one)" With choices like: My resume isn't getting responses, I don't know where good jobs are posted, I'm not confident in interviews, I need certifications or training but can't afford it, etc 3. "Which Houston industry are you targeting? (Select all that apply)" Listing options like Healthcare, Tech, Oil/Gas, Hospitality/Service, Construction/Infrastructure, Professional Services 4. "If someone guaranteed to help you land a $60k+ Houston job in 90 days or less, what would that be worth to you?" Y/N or list price points as choices 5. Have you ever invested in career coaching, resume services, or job search help before? Survey #1 would help gauge interest and #2-5 are better for segmenting and qualifying. The group owner doesn't have a relationship with the members, so idk if this would be the right approach, but you might just go straight for an auction interest poll: "Quick poll: Would you bid at least $1 on a 24-hour Career Acceleration Auction if it gave you proven resume templates, job board access, and coaching from someone who's helped hundreds land Houston jobs? Just trying to see if there's interest." I'd frame the survey proposal as something like: "Before I bring my [offer]/[partners] to the table, I'd like to run a quick poll to see if there's interest. Would you be open to posting a 1-question poll to validate the concept? It'll also give your members valuable feedback on what others in the group are experiencing." I feel like surveying the group would be more telling than researching the job market in Houston, but if you wanted to get some ideas, type this into Perplexity or Google AI: "What's the job market like in Houston, TX right now? What roles are job seekers searching for most commonly and what are the most common roles available?"
Sewing Group Opportunity
Update: The group owner didn't want to jump on a zoom call. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I came across a 100K+ FB group in the sewing niche. The owner is looking to sell. I have talked to him and He is open to offers. I have gone through the group and members are talking about quilting cruises, subscription boxes, sewing patterns, and other supplies. I'm reaching out to companies that are organizing quilting cruises. DM me if you have better ideas and would like to partner up on this one.

@Oscar Calderon this idea is perfect šŸ‘† . Shows the owner real buyer intent, and gets you in the door to test the purchase propensity of group members before making a decision. If it goes well, you earn your down payment, but if it doesn't, you can back out no harm no foul. @Honey Syed I don't have the link handy but Roland Frasier has a mini-class for deals like these on his YouTube channel, maybe you'll find it useful.
