What have you tried in the past?
Let's see if you can find another person in this group who has tried the same "fixes" in the past in order to finally move freely without pain or restrictions. I want to show you that you are not the only one who's fallen for the "quick fixes" and "the best advice" - we all did. My suggestions below, but feel free to be creative and share in the comments!! - PT / physiotherapy / chiropractic - Surgery and doctor appointments - Mobility, stretching, strengthening (all the IG-friendly trends :P) - Stopping your training and resting - Biomechanics and neuroscience education - Comprehensive analyses of your body - Anything else?

@Ania Drozd between my own research and the professionals I hired. No one truly knowing root cause and coming up with resolutions that are best effort. Being asked to trust a system for a really long time that has already plateaued in results
