Hi everyone, perhaps a silly question, but there might be others with the same problem ๐ I just finished the Fundamentals course and facilitated a few workshops at my company (which I am planning to leave soon) but looking for a new job in facilitation is not that easy because they are usually looking for some experience in a candidate. Iโve been working in sales combined with learning & development for quite some time now, but switching to IT environments and scrum/agile need for facilitators requires quite a bit more than fundamentals course. What would be your advice to take next steps in order to switch my career successfully? Thank you so much for any tips and tricks :) Books, courses, jobs description - anything ๐คฉ Btw, I am from the Netherlands, if thereโs anyone else from Dutchland and willing to get in touch Iโd be happy to chat. Hope itโs not against the rules โบ๏ธ๐๐ซ๐
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here has experience designing workshops or a design sprint for identifying the most practical AI solution for a client. I'm trying to come up with a good structure for an engaging, one-day workshop โ where the client would come in as a team and work together to find pain-points, prioritise and come out with a roadmap to help them implement the solution that would be built by an external AI / ML company. The clients are usually not very technical so I'm thinking there would likely need to be some form of inspiration or educational aspect near the start, in order to help guide their ideas in a realistic direction. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated !
@David Richardson hey, hereโs Nathy . After chatting with Joerg on the podcast, I also made the ai certification with 33a. And I have an ai experience workshop in 2 weeks with a leaderboard in Bologna. Their big question is ยซย how to start with ai in our business ( packaging machine industry). Before implementing and working with data, it is all about understanding what ai can bring in the organisation, how it can optimize the process automation, any the product and services. The sprint helps to identifying to create a heat map with ai hotspots, and then make well thought concepts before even starting with data collection. This is a roadmap to create solutions to then go to tech specialist .
I've recently embarked on my freelancing journey as an innovation facilitator, and I'm in search of a peer learner. I'm looking for someone with whom I can exchange insights, support each other throughout the process, and share our experiences. I firmly believe that connecting with fellow with the same goals can greatly enhance our performance. If you're interested, please leave a comment, and I'll get in touch with you
๐ Hi 5 facilitators folks, because September usually means new challenges, the Miro Community asked us to organise a track dedicated to the remote team management. Weโre super pleased, with my partner Nina Pozderec, to invite you to this community event where youโll discover how Miro empowers teams to break silos and adopt new ways of working in a digital workspace.
