Hello from the UK
Hi, I’m a therapist and life coach, have done a ridiculous amount of trainings and had 47 jobs and counting! I used to berate myself for being ‘a jack of all trades , master of none’, but now I realise it’s not a bad thing as ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ but now I’m really struggling with trying to package all my knowledge into what would be the most helpful form, ie I really am finding it SO hard to focus in on one thing I can market and sell.

@Louise Toft struggling with the same things :) did you find a way to translate yourself to the world? I’m trying with chat gpt 🤷‍♀️
Magnesium suggestion
@Sara Ellisson I found these which I am going to try after I've finished taking the ones I'm currently taking as they sound good. Maybe they could be helpful for you if they are available where you are and you would like to try them?

Why these magnesium specific? I also use zechsal bath salt at times :) to soak in it. The skin is a good way to absorb

ADHD and hormones (for the woman out here)
Do you notice differences in your menstrual cycle related to your adhd? I’m on the last days of my cycle and I allways felt a big down in these days. Now I was reading on ADHD with woman and it seems like there’s a relation between our mind and the lack of dopamine an the oestrogene level dropping… other things someone can add? Our aknowledge? -> sidenote: I’m a newbie and in a 🤯 state that no one is telling those things or knowing those things. (Doctors, therapists,… it would save us a lot of time and troubles😤)

Question
One thing I have identified about ‘ my’ ADHD is that it is very strongly linked to rejection sensitivity dysphoria. @Jim Ebbelaar could you talk more about this tomorrow/day5 please? Many thanks.
