🔥 The Wildest Thing That Improved My Finances (Seriously… I Was Shocked Too)
Okay, lovelies… I did something this year that completely rewired my relationship with money and I have to share because it was SO POTENT (and FUN)! Simply put: I stopped treating my finances like a chore…and I started treating them like a pleasure ritual. Yes. My bills. My bank accounts. My “ugh I don’t want to do this” money tasks. Instead of rushing through them with dread, I turned them into something sacred, sensual, and honestly… kind of fun? Here’s what I started doing: ✨ I light a candle before I pay anything. Like I’m inviting abundance to sit at the table with me. ✨ I kiss my credit card before a big purchase—not because I’m reckless, but because I’m choosing it with full desire and intention. ✨ I play sexy, feel-good music when I do my money check-ins. If I’m in a good vibe, my decisions are better. Period. ✨ I dress up for “money dates.” When I feel powerful, I act powerful… and I make powerful choices. ✨ I bless my bills. Not resentfully — gratefully. Because electricity, internet, clean water, heat… those are luxuries we forget to honor. And here’s the crazy part: My financial life leveled up FAST. More clarity. More confidence. More cash flow. More alignment in what I spend on — and what I don’t. Turns out, when you add pleasure to money…money actually behaves better. Creative Blocks or Full Backpack?
I used to think I had creative blocks. Turns out, I was just carrying a backpack full of "small" traumas I kept telling myself didn't matter. Every time I'd sit down to create, my nervous system was busy managing all the stuff I'd dismissed as "not a big deal." The moment I stopped minimizing my own story and actually dealt with it? My creativity came flooding back. Apparently you can't create freely when you're running on survival mode. Make sure you take the time to process what you need! Have you ever had something similar?

Yes, I’ve definitely had this and still have!!I used to think I was “blocked,” but really my mind was juggling a bunch of stuff I’d pushed aside and told myself didn’t matter. Once I actually slowed down and dealt with it, everything felt lighter and my creativity came back slowly too. It’s such a real thing, not a lack of ideas, just being overwhelmed. The world is so so overwhelming right now🫥
Did You Know This About Emotions? 🤯
There’s a brain scientist named Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor who discovered that when an emotion gets triggered in our body — the actual chemical reaction only lasts 90 seconds. Yep. Just 1 minute and 30 seconds. After that, if we’re still upset, angry, anxious, or spiralling……it’s no longer the emotion itself. It’s our mind replaying the story and keeping it alive. When I learned this I was like: “Wait… so I’m not actually stuck in my feelings — I’m stuck in my thoughts about my feelings?” And honestly? Those 90 seconds usually pass way faster when I’m not adding extra drama on top. Imagine how much lighter we’d feel if we stopped feeding every emotion with a whole mental Netflix series 😅 Anyway, I thought this might help you today. Feel it, breathe through it… then let it go. 💛
