🌕 Closing One Chapter, Opening Another
A little year-end ritual for us, ladies 🌸✨ As we slide toward the edge of this year, there’s a soft pause happening… a moment where the old and the new shake hands. One version of you is wrapping up her story. Another is waiting just outside the door, barefoot and curious, wondering what you’ll invite her to create. Before we rush into “new year, new me” mode, I want to offer something grounding. Something that brings you back into your own orbit instead of everyone else’s expectations. 🔆 The Wheel of Life. It's simple, but it reveals so much. Think of it like a quiet conversation with yourself. A chance to look at the different areas of your life and notice where you feel nourished… and where you’re running on crumbs. Not from judgment. Not from pressure. Pure awareness. The first step on our Bloom & Shine Path. Here’s what I invite you to do this week: ✏️ Step 1 — Download or draw your Wheel of Life Split it into segments like:• Emotional wellbeing• Identity & self-connection• Family & relationships• Career & purpose• Fun & play• Physical health• Environment• Finances(Adjust however feels true for you.) 🌼 Step 2 — Give each area a score from 1–10 Not “how good am I doing?” But “how nourished do I feel here right now?” 🌱 Step 3 — Notice the story the wheel tells Where is there abundance? Where is there longing? What part of you has been whispering for attention? As you look at your scores, ask yourself one powerful question: “Does this area reflect my core values being honoured… or neglected?” Just awareness. Gentle, honest, powerful awareness. Your next chapter begins with knowing where you are standing today. Let’s walk into January with clarity, kindness, and a little sparkle in our pockets. ✨🌙

🤔How to create the energy, value, money??
To follow up the money topic. After reviewing what money is, now the question is : How to create the energy, the value that is in form of money??? Money is energy. It doesn’t appear out of nowhere. It’s created when value is exchanged. In other words, money is a receipt of energy you put into the world that others are willing to receive and perceive as value. Here’s the breakdown: 1️⃣ Create Value Through Service or Solution Money is the physical representation of value. You create money when you solve a problem, meet a need, or make someone’s life better. Examples: - Teaching someone a skill - Designing a product that saves time - Creating a service that reduces stress or frustration Energy takeaway: Every solution you give, every problem you solve, is a transfer of energy. Money is how the universe acknowledges that exchange. 2️⃣ Money Follows Perceived Value Energy is perceived. If people feel the impact of your work, they attach value to it — and money flows. - A handmade crochet bag may take 5 hours to make, but if it solves the buyer’s desire for beauty, confidence, or joy, they will pay for it. - A coaching session may take 1 hour, but the transformation in the client’s life can be priceless. The higher the value you deliver (the more energy you pour in consciously and effectively), the more money manifests. 3️⃣ Energy Alignment This is where the spiritual and universal law aspect comes in. - Law of Vibration: You attract money that matches your frequency. If you’re generous, inspired, and confident, people will willingly exchange money for your work. - Law of Circulation: Money is energy — it must flow. You can’t hoard, resist, or fear it. When you create value and circulate it, more flows back. 4️⃣ The Identity Factor Creating money isn’t just about effort or skills. It’s about identity: - Are you someone who believes your work has value? - Are you someone who feels worthy of being paid? - Are you someone who trusts abundance, not scarcity?
✨ 💸What Money Really Is — 3D, Spiritual, Energetic ✨
Most women grow up hearing so many mixed messages about money. “Money is hard.” “Money changes people.” “Money is stressful.” “Money is the reason families fight.” And without realising it… we attach fear, shame, guilt, or pressure to it. But when you zoom out—spiritually, energetically, and even through Hermetic wisdom—money is none of that. Money is not emotional by nature. Money doesn’t judge you. Money doesn’t love you or leave you. Money doesn’t punish or reward. Money simply responds to the energy, beliefs, and identity YOU bring to it. Let’s break this down. 🌍 1. Money in the 3D World (The Practical, Physical Level) In the 3D world, money is nothing more than a tool. A neutral resource. A form of exchange. It’s like a phone, a car, or a key — it’s something we use to access experiences, opportunities, or needs. But because humans attach emotions, stories, and past wounds to it…we treat money like a living thing. The truth? Money is just paper, metal, pixels. That’s it. It becomes “good” or “bad” based on the story we attach to it. You’ve never seen a £20 note yelling, “I’m stressful!” We are the ones projecting. ✨ 2. Money in the Spiritual Realm (The Non-Physical Level) Spiritually, money is an amplifier. It magnifies who you already are. It expands what already exists inside you. If you’re generous, wealth makes you more generous. If you’re afraid, wealth amplifies fear. If you’re confident, wealth expands your options and expression. Money has no moral value. It is pure potential. And spiritually, it’s also symbolic: - Money = Expansion - Money = Opportunity - Money = Support - Money = Circulation It’s meant to flow, not be held with fear. When you block flow with shame, guilt, or anxiety — money stagnates. ⚡ 3. Money in the Energetic World (Vibration, Attraction, Frequency) Everything has a frequency — including money. Money is a frequency of: - value - exchange - circulation - abundance - opportunity - expansion According to the Law of Vibration, your internal frequency must match what you want to receive.
🪂The stages of an identity shift
An identity shift is when you consciously choose to step into a new version of yourself—a self that thinks differently, acts differently, and makes choices aligned with who you want to become, rather than who you’ve been. It’s not just about changing habits; it’s about transforming the way you see yourself at the core. You are essentially upgrading your “operating system” for life. Here’s how it usually unfolds, including the emotional nuances that many people don’t talk about: 1. The Exciting Beginning When you first decide to become a “new you,” everything feels full of possibility. You feel motivated, inspired, almost unstoppable. You start imagining what life will look like once you fully become this new self. For example: - You start a fitness routine because you see yourself as a healthy, active person. - You begin speaking up at work because your new identity is confident and assertive. - You set boundaries in relationships because your new self respects your energy and time. At this stage, the new identity feels exciting and almost magical. You’re seeing glimpses of what’s possible, and that sparks motivation. 2. The Grieving of the Old Self But here’s the part that often catches people off guard: as you lean into this new identity, you begin to grieve your old self. The habits, patterns, and coping mechanisms you’ve had for years—sometimes decades—start to feel like they’re being taken away. This grief can show up as: - Sadness or longing: Missing old habits, even if they weren’t serving you. For example, craving comfort food after deciding to eat healthier. - Fear: Feeling like you don’t really know who you are anymore. - Resistance: Old self-talk starts whispering, “This isn’t you,” or “You’ll never stick to this.” This grieving is normal and necessary. You’re mourning a version of yourself that provided comfort, identity, and predictability. Your brain is literally recalibrating to a new “default.” 3. Motivation Peaks In the early days of an identity shift, this grief can actually feel motivating. You’re energized to prove the old self wrong. You might feel fierce determination:
