Contracts
Signing a contract is a very tricky thing for me since I'll be working with US clients and I dont live there so I want to know if you usually sign contracts and if u do what apps do you use and at what stage does the contract signing take place? and is it after you receive the payment or before?
How easy is it to get appointments?
I'm starting a pay per appointment, lead generation agency for kitchen fitters, and I want to know if we have above average ads (researched and A/B Tested), how much appointments would be able to get a month with a meta ads budget of around $800-1000? Cuz I'm going to create an offer and Im wondering whether should I promise leads or appointments and do you recommend I do appointment setting with it? (I have time to call every lead and set an appointment) or leave it to the kitchen man?

@Jose Moreno thats very very helpful thank you
Yesterday, I signed my first client BUT
So I am a Kitchen Fitters marketing agency, and yesterday I got my first (Free trial) signed client and there is a couple of issues that I am facing: - Their ad account is messed up and uses a different currency than the one we intended and we cant fix it - My offer was to get them "High Quality Ready-to-buy Leads" however the client doesn't want us to do appointment setting and instead wants the list of the leads for him to view and call his clients up himself. Now I am a complete beginner (I do know how to run ads and make creatives) however is it okay if the client wants to call the leads himself or should i open the discussion again with the client? Help would be greatly appreciated!

Not booking appointments
Hi everyone, I have been cold calling from past couple of days but I haven't seen any results. Also when I call the prospects I become very nervous and anxious. I don't know how to deal with that and because if that sometimes I think about quitting. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Try to sound confident, and actually be confident, when people listen and feel confidence in your tone they'll be like "this dude knows what he talks about, i'll give him a shot" but if they hear u stuttering and hesitating and feel anxiousness in your voice, they'll be like "this dude is probably still trying out shit, he doesn't even seem confident in his ability to deliver" so in order to sound confident you need to keep things in your head such as:- - You're calling them to help them, your service is to help dying businesses become great, and you're helping good perfomers be great performers. - You dont have anything to worry about, you're not trying to scam people, you're calling them to tell them if they need help with their advertisments which they most definetly do, and then you can help them, and you take a little bit of the profit they gain overall - You are their savior, keep this one in mind, call them not as someone begging them to buy your service, but as a doctor helping a person who's dying.
