Yesterday, I signed my first client BUT

So I am a Kitchen Fitters marketing agency, and yesterday I got my first (Free trial) signed client and there is a couple of issues that I am facing:

Their ad account is messed up and uses a different currency than the one we intended and we cant fix it
My offer was to get them "High Quality Ready-to-buy Leads" however the client doesn't want us to do appointment setting and instead wants the list of the leads for him to view and call his clients up himself.

Now I am a complete beginner (I do know how to run ads and make creatives) however is it okay if the client wants to call the leads himself or should i open the discussion again with the client?
