How I track all ad channels in one dashboard, and save hours every week.
I used to spend hours per week switching between tabs to monitor data from Facebook, Google, TikTok and summarize insights. Spreadsheets did not fully fix the problem as it lacks the interactive, quick filtering features that data visualization tools have. So I built my own Looker Studio dashboard for multi-channel campaign monitoring. Here’s how it’s structured 👇 1️⃣ Unified Overview: - Combines spend, CPA, and ROAS from all platforms in one view - Updates automatically every morning via a data crawling tool - Gives me an instant read on total efficiency 2️⃣ Channel Deep Dives: - Each tab breaks down performance by campaign and audience - Quick filters for “top-performing campaign types” and “low-performing target audience segments” 3️⃣ Smart Summary Layer: - Utilize Agent Mode of the Atlas browser by OpenAI to read the data daily and writes a one-paragraph summary like: “ROAS increased by 8% overall due to improved CTR on Google, offset by a drop in Facebook CVR.” 4️⃣ Client-Ready View - The same dashboard doubles as client reporting, they see what I see, in real time If you’re managing campaigns across multiple channels, what’s your biggest challenge in keeping data clean and consistent?

Form Submit Conversions in GA but no form fills
I have gtm set up to track form submit conversions based on hitting the "thank-you" page after the form is filled and submitted as taught here. However, I'm now getting conversions in GA but no actual form submissions for those supposed conversions. As I understand it, google will not count a conversion unless it first starts with an ad click, but will it count a page thank-you page refresh from someone that did click ad and submit form? How is this happening?

Hey Ryan, I experienced this before. Usually it's probably due to users exit the thank you page before the form is sent back to your CRM. My solution in this case was to remove the trigger of firing by page and set up trigger that fires by custom event form_submit (done in GG tag manager). Hope this helps! 🙏

@Ryan B I usually set up in the GG Tag Manager preview interface. If the event is fired, it will show its name on the left column, then I use it for setting up custom event triggers!
Session Up, Engagement Down - Paid Search
Reviewing my paid search channels, I am noticing that my sessions are up 23%, but engaged sessions are down 46%. Does this mean I am sending irrelevant traffic to the site and they are not interested in our products? Any recommendations in how to increase our engagement? I have reviewed audience and have testing a lot of different marketing tactics (demand gen, ctv).

I once experienced this before. One POV you can consider is the offer on the landing page, sometimes that content can be fatigued for your audience, a quick fix is changing the content on the page (refreshed copy, visual). Hope this helps! 🙏
