Tips For Creating The Course
I am going to start building my course. Just asking for tips from experienced creators on what should I avoid and where to focus. Thank you in advance 😊

Kajabi or Skool?
Hi everyone! I was about to migrate my entire business to Kajabi (website, emails, courses, etc.) but was talking to @Mariah Coz about it and she told me all about Skool and how many of you are using it to build your communities and offer courses. I love the philosophy in Skool of having your community be the main focus - this is something I’ve been deeply desiring in my business. I’m now in my trial for Skool so I can get some hands on experience and want to say first of all how helpful this community is! It’s so valuable to see how everyone is using Skool and what’s possible on this platform. I was really excited to move to an all-in-one platform to simplify by business backend, so as I re-evaluate and consider using Skool I’d love to hear from any previous Kajabi users who have switched to Skool. What have you liked about Skool compared to Kajabi? Do you miss having an all-in-one? And open to hearing from anyone on your tech stack with Skool. I already have ThriveCart and ConvertKit and Squarespace so I could easily just keep my current tech stack and just add in Skool. Thanks in advance and excited to dig in deeper to this community!

I have been through the ringer during the last 18 years. Infusionsoft, Kajabi, Active Campaign, etc. I also have my own edtech company and built Digital Marketer's Certification Programs and Dan Kennedy, etc. In order to provide a valuable answer, the question is all about your edtech needs? If you're going deep into courses and certifications, most of the CRM's will not work. However, if you want "course" light and more emphasis on your community... I would go with GoHighLevel and Skool. Let me know if you want to go deeper :)
How To Fill, Sell, Operate And Retain A Successful Mastermind Group.
Hi I’m Oli 👋 I run several paid Communities on Skool that make around $800k /month collectively. Today, I’m sharing with you how to fill, sell, operate and retain a successful Mastermind Group. In this post I’ll be covering: - How to fill a Mastermind Community - Captaining your group and managing Mastermind Operations - Protecting your recurring revenue with a Retention Playbook To illustrate I’ll be spotlighting one of my Communities called NextLevel Scale™. Quick context about this particular Mastermind and Me… I started this Community about 5 years ago back in 2018. Primarily to help other info Business Owners who are scaling to 7 and and 8 figures with their own Masterminds, Group Coaching Programs, Memberships and Online Courses. The investment has risen each year, but currently stands at $48k for 12-months Membership. Right now we have 50 active members which contributes to around $2.4 million in annual recurring revenue. My role is to lead and facilitate the group with a Team that comprises of one full time Coach and a part time assistant. But I didn’t start here. My journey goes back over the past 20 years of being in the info business. Since then I’ve ran virtually every kind of model you can imagine: Full Format Franchising, Online Memberships, Area Exclusive Licensing, Online Courses + Digital Products, In-person training centre, Group Coaching Programs, a National Association, Home study courses, Marketing Agency, Publishing Partners, Live Events, Equity based Consulting, Retreats, Private Consulting, Certification programs, Printed Monthly Newsletter Subscriptions… …and obviously Masterminds Groups. The high ticket Mastermind Community model is hard to beat. It’s almost like “alchemy“, and the timing to grow your own Community like mine is especially fortuitous right now. My goal here is to summarize the lessons I've learned, share what has worked, and what to avoid. Fair warning: this post will likely be long, so be sure to bookmark it now in your browser to refer back to later.

@Fred Gleeck super enticing. Yet, I've restricted all my travel unless I can travel with my family. My little guy is 5 now and I don't like missing time with him. As it is...I'm in one mastermind that is 3 hour drive and while I love the group, I don't like being away for the 3-4 days :( How's life with you?

@Oli Billson yes please. we will be in London area for two weeks and then off to Isreal for a week. Will you be back in England at all?
Change "Classroom" tab to "Courses"?
We think "Courses" is more intuitive. What do you think?
