To be able to feel self compassion
After years of therapy, challenges and a life that’s built on achievements and performing it’s time for me to heal with the help of self compassion. I hope to find information here to be able to take small steps forward. In 2011 I started to have heart arrhythmia. They didn’t find the cause but said it wasn’t harmful. My life started to be a challenge but nothing that was anything like what was to come. In 2015 I was eleven weeks pregnant when I had my first heart attack. They still don’t know why since my arteries are clean. I was 28 years old. My little girl survived it but emotionally I hadn’t. I got a post partum depression and couldn’t love my little girl. In 2012 and 2016 I published two novels and in 2017 I published a children book about a mother who gets post partum depression. I also founded a non governmental organization for parents who suffer from post partum depression. In 2018 I got a pulmonary embolism, got severe bradycardia a couple of times so I ended up with a pacemaker. I also had to take out my uterus due to borderline cancer cells. A doctor realized I have bipolar disorder and I also got treatment for the eating disorders I hade since I was 14 years old. In 2019 my husband was suicidal, wrote me a goodbye letter. Four months later I got my second heart attack. Still no clue why. I got diagnosed with POTS. In 2020 my kids got a rare disease where they lost all their skin (staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome). Four kids a year gets it in Sweden, it’s not contagious but still both my kids got it. And after that I fell. Into a deep hole. I got admitted to psych ward, got ECT and became better. But since then I’m no longer the productive, intelligent person I was. In 2021 my husband got a benign tumor in his sinus. The surgery took 10 hours but it all ended well. I tried to come back to my job as a midwife but since I cannot be awake for a whole day even when I’m not doing anything it’s not a possibility. I became a key account manager but I can’t work with that either. So I’m trying to find my way to a find my new identity and find meaning with my life and find a new path.

Choose Joy on Purpose
Here’s how: 1. Pause for 60 seconds right now. 2. Place your hand on your heart. 3. Ask: “What’s one thing I can do today that brings me a spark of joy?” 4. Whatever it is.. No matter how big or small.. Commit fully to doing it. Even if it’s for five minutes. Let joy lead. Start small. Build momentum and the rest will take care of itself.  You don’t have to wait for your life to be perfect to be happy. Happiness is how you get there. You’re already more successful than you think, just by choosing to be here..healing, growing, remembering. Let’s open this up… What’s one thing that brings you real happiness right now? High Vibrations & Frequency
One of my favorite books is called The Power of Intention by Dr. Wayne Dyer. I’ve read it a few times and am listening to it a third time on Spotify. I hope it will help you in any way as it’s helped me change my energy and focus. I’ve put together a summary for you all. Hope you enjoy it and find it useful 😊 To start let me explain what Source and The Power of Intention mean: Source = The Power of Intention 1. Source is the infinite, creative energy of the universe. Dr. Wayne Dyer saw Source as the universal intelligence behind everything pure love, creativity, kindness, and expansion. It’s not a person or a god in the traditional sense, but a formless, ever-present energy you’re always connected to. 2. The Power of Intention is how Source expresses itself. He wrote that intention is a field of energy you can align with not just something you “set” in your mind, but something you connect to and allow to flow through you. This field has attributes like: - Kindness - Love - Creativity - Abundance - Beauty - Receptivity - Expansion High Vibrations & Frequency: A Summary. 1. Everything is energy. Dr. Wayne Dyer believed that we are all energetic beings. Everything in the universe, thoughts, emotions, intentions has a frequency. Low-frequency emotions (like fear, guilt, shame, anger) attract more of the same, while high-frequency emotions (like love, peace, joy, and gratitude) connect us to our higher self and Source. 2. You align with Source by raising your vibration. Dr. Wayne Dyer said, “You do not attract what you want. You attract what you are.”That means that to manifest what you truly desire, you must become an energetic match to it. Aligning with love, compassion, and peace raises your vibration and aligns you with the creative Source. 3. Let go of ego to rise. Low vibrations are rooted in the ego, the need to be right, superior, separate, or in control. When you let go of the ego’s demands and surrender to trust, humility, and flow, your vibration naturally increases.

5 Prompts to Love Yourself Again - Day 3
📝 Prompt: What is a goal I can set for myself this week (no matter how small) that can help create momentum in my life where I know more attention is needed? ✅ Action Step: Write that goal down. Now, break it into the first tiny step and take that step today. (Example: If the goal is "get back into movement," step 1 might be a 10-minute stretch.) We slow ourselves down when we focus too much on the end goal and everything it takes to get there. Instead, ask: What’s one small step I can take today? That one step builds momentum, clarity, and confidence. Keep it simple. One move at a time. That’s how the big vision becomes real. Remember .... small = BIG results overtime. I believe in you

The following week I will start to write down my post partum depression journey. For real. Try to feel it. Feel the emotions and not try to push them away. That’s the only way I can heal. That’s the only way to go.
