Cold emailing needs to be changed

Are testimonials about the amount or quality?
I recently just has my first BIG client that I've been assigned and was wondering on wether I should focus on good quality yet low number testimonials OR high number yet mid testimonials? What do you guys think since I belive that having banger testimonials are the way to go but I would love to hear yalls opinion.

Both. If you have 1 testimonial, even if its really good they'll know you're new + A business can already be growing fast and would have succeeded with or without the agency

Service Delivery Advice
I'm having trouble creating offers for clients... I'm in the medical niche, they recommend that I make a very cheap offer in my clients' ads to get the most patients in the door and then coach my clients to offer an upsell? 🤔 I was thinking that it would be a great strategy, can anyone give me some advice?

Sounds good in theory but good luck actually getting a business owner who is good at sales or willing to learn Any big agency I've seen that coaches successfully started very hands on Like 100% done for you appointments As they get bigger and more social proof it can be more done with you Eventually even do it yourself if you're really good.

I'd just advertise both with good offers and not rely on my client being good at sales So run ads for your cheap stuff And for bigger packages Check the conversions on both

I need help from you guys.
I'm broke and trying to start an SMMA agency. But the problem is, I don't have enough money to even buy a domain. So, I decided to sell websites first to generate some initial capital. So, I picked a niche, made a website for them, and started doing outreach. But after like 15 days, Facebook is not letting me send a single message, and I can't even do cold calls because of my accent and software. I'm not seeing any growth, and I'm stuck. Please help me, guys. Even a small help from you will be highly appreciated.

@Iftekhar Srijon for which lol? I mentioned 3 different niches And I change the offer every month or so I can give you the framework so you can actually do it by yourself forever

I started an smma targeting baseball facilities/cages/coaching lessons. Im getting a feeling that these clients are too low ticket? Should i keep pushing through? or should I change my niche?
