Today is another WFH day and my regular weekly visit to see my Chiro. It is going to be mid 20’sC (high 70’s low 80’s F) today, tomorrow though will be a scorcher. So it could be the last day in a suit for 2025. So I went with what is now pretty unchanged my favourtie Tie after only 2 wears (maybe because its totally different than any other I have) and my favourite warm weather suit. As the terror that is winter begins to creep on our wonderful side of Florida, we took our kids and headed to the Florida keys. It’s been a great time- and this time the trip was entirely planned using AI! Very little corrections were needed. I would highly recommend Claude, 360, or ChatGPT to serve as a travel planner on your next trip. Just be demanding and correct it when it seems to forget your previous outline. The picture was with my youngest and her two babies (hophop and hops) while watching the sea lion show at theatre of the sea! Anyway, today I was wearing some zenni prescription aviators, a banana and public linen short sleeve, some fantastic brooks brothers Friday shorts, my go to docksiders for beach wear, and of course my omega worldtimer.

It’s taken six months, use of AI, hard work, dedication, sacrifice and effort, but I’ve finally reached my weight loss goal. I was 117kg (peak heavy), and today I hit (and got under) 77kg. Between March and May, I was facing the prospect of cancer - by middle of May is was blessed to have been given the news I had been given a second chance and all would indeed, be well. I took the opportunity to run with that second chance. And today, almost six months to that calendar day, I’ve finally achieved what set out lose - 40kg/6st 4/88.5lb. That’s the combined weight of my two kids, and 34% of my body. My body and brain feel better, I can dress better (hence finding this community) and now anything feels possible. Look after yourselves, invest in yourselves, and remember that true wealth is health.
