This week I hit 2 amazing milestones thanks to an amazing audience of voice over artists that I am dedicated to serve 🙏🏾 My #youtubechannel hit 15K subscribers and my brand new #voiceover community that I just began about 30 days ago hit 100 followers! This only occurred because of consistency and actually listening to my audience on #Youtube and digging in with the voice over community of people really looking to start, build, and grow a successful voice over business. I sincerely want to thank all of you for the encouragement and support of our #grindanddontquit movement 👊🏾
My oldest Daughter came over and we put up the Acoustic Foam on the ceiling in my booth! It took way longer that we had planned because the command strips didn't stick to the foam so I had to be creative and use some Elmer's Multi-Purpose spray Adhesive. I'm so happy it's finally done!
@Bill Freeman Jr. Your #grindanddontquit gear is on the way Bill was at the top of the leaderboard all of December so he is the winner of our gear. You can win just simply through posting, commenting, and liking in the group. You can answer questions and be a help to all of us in the group and get rewarded for doing so. CONGRATULATIONS BILL!!! Make sure to post a picture in the group with your new hat!!
I am away from home for the holidays, and will be for another 10 days. The grind doesn't stop and the biggest contributor to not moving forward most times is our own selves..I refuse to stop !!! And neither should you This is how I'm recording on vacation. Just submitted 7 auditions and it sounds GOOD.
@Michael Ray Hopefully, where I am in the basement is only a temporary thing. I haven't worked that far ahead yet to do any noise floor testing yet, but if I can get out of here to another space, that won't be an issue, lol.
@Michael Ray Thank you, it's all a work in progress. I'll work on doubling up on the insulation for sure. These are all good tips and ideas. Looking forward to collaborating with more of you on tips as we go along this journey.
Hey Lovely People! I would love to get some feedback on this audition I've recorded for acx. Please let me know your thoughts on the read itself and the sound quality. Thanks in advance for your help and thanks for all the wonderful info I've been able to learn from this group! R
Good morning, first, your sound quality was solid to me. What really got me was the read itself, very polished, great pacing, and the vocal inflection, spot on. I'd buy this book for myself because the person speaking kept my attention. Great job!
