Thoughts on this One Page PDF for leads?
Hey @Paul Brown and team - would love to hear your thoughts on this one pager? The idea is to send this to potential leads, or something similar to this, before just sending them to the website. My hope is that something like this triggers questions, and they come back to me, and then i send them the website when they are closer to landing a deal.

I think possibly it's way too long and too much information (about the specifics of the percentages and so forth) just for POTENTIAL leads. The font really needs to be a whole lot bigger. It's hard to read and I had to zoom the page way up to read it. I think the first three paragraphs are great and then after that I would simply just list the names of the types of funding available, and POSSIBLY, with each name that amount of money available to borrow. BUT MAYBE THE AMOUNT AVAILABLE TO BORROW SHOULDN'T EVEN BE THE ONE PAGE PROSPECT THAT'S JUST TO TRY TO GENERATE LEADS. But I'm not a salesperson so maybe it should. I think short and sweet and concentrating on the pain points (WHY they might really need the money (IMMEDIATELY for instance, and HOW funding through you helps them avoid certain things like traditional Banks). I really think it needs to be short and sweet ACTUALLY ONE PAGE (Like you called it). After you get them on the phone I think is when I would give them the particulars about how much. Or create a completely separate page that you could send them with the particulars AFTER YOU'VE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM, if they fit the funding brackets available and want to know the particulars which you have already told them on the phone. Give them that particulars when you speak to them and then tell them you will send them a sheet that has it all written out for them.

Premium membership questions
I need help. I don't know what the problem is but I can't seem to figure out how to find out if I am a premium member. I don't know if it's $69 a month or if there is a different fee that I don't know about. I paid a few days ago but I can't seem to find my account specifically for transactional funding to see if I am premium or not. Wondering also if there will be a way to see maybe in the member list who is premium and who is not, or maybe there is and I'm just missing it. I don't want to look dumb here but I can't find where I paid and what that constitutes.

Lead generation
Good morning. Who uses prop wire, or dealsauce for lead generation.just curious. Not a big social media person. Have you had any positive results with reaching out to wholesalers or fix and flippers on either.Thanks

@Paul Brown @Jamie Herrington I thought that using these types of software WAS The way to find leads. Some of them are just free software onlineS Many wholesalers and people who do subject to and so forth use these types of software, and some DEVELOP THEIR OWN SPECIFIC software tailored to searches that help with their particular type of real estate business; One of them I know created a Google add-on. Then they either either offer them for free if you pay to partner with them, or they offer the software for free for a certain period or at a discount because you are a member of the community, and then you PAY to use The software. I myself am also trying to figure out which ones are best for Gator 1.0. A couple of the people bundle these different softwares, Like the ones Jamie mentioned are for having a lot of different ways to filter for leads. And then also software to help with emailing And keeping track of and organizing contracts and some of them even add messing this service with being able to create postcards with canva or something like that so that the emailing and the sending of the business cards and postcards and everything and follow-up scripts and everything else is added into the software.

@Paul Brown I'm just getting started with learning but... I'm wondering with these hubs how to use them. In other words, you gave us these links above just to look at, just so we can see what a white label site will look like, And what your company white level website looks like correct? In other words, I assume that these links ABOVE aren't the ones we would use for referrals because they don't link back to us personally to be paid? Please excuse the question without going back and going through the classroom again (now that I have joined premium) but I'm just wondering if some people might try to use these links as shown above, yet maybe they aren't linked to our own information So that we can get paid 🤔.
