This morning we were $1m short on capital for a deal later this week, and by end of day we had it. It’s the most critical piece of the lending pie. No deals, no income. Once deals flow is … flowing … then the next two critical elements of a lending company come into play. These are the two we do for you. 🌎 World class operations, contracts and processes 🏛️ Capital and ability to raise more Everyday I’m thankful for Justin and the members of our ops team. It’s not easy to do what they do and constantly improve processes and contracts at the same time as markets shift. Capital raising and managing a fund is the final leg of the three-legged stool. Days like this are a blessing, and that blessing is a combination of following the rules (darn SEC lol), work, relationships, and time. 😊 Today’s blessings were directly related to strong relationships build over time … and doing what we say over and over. 🙏 Thank you all for being part of this team and how you contribute to others and to the flow that blesses us all.
