@Andra Cera Amazing 🄰
Radiant YOU ⚔
Our skin is not just a barrier; it’s a two-way antenna, both broadcasting and receiving energy that can transform ones health, mind, and future. And the best part ... You don’t need permission from a doctor, a pharmaceutical company, or a government agency to harness it. You just need to choose to see it, feel it, and work with it. How do you see it, feel it and work with it everyday?

For me, it’s about paying more attention to how my body feels throughout the day. I’m more aware of my energy levels and mindset, and I try to stay consistent with my routine. That awareness alone has made a difference for me.

@Andra Cera Yes, I definitely experience that too. Consistency helps me build the habit, but after a while I notice my body and mind both want something slightly different. When that happens, I don’t see it as a setback I see it as feedback. Small changes, like adjusting a routine or switching how I approach things, usually help me re-engage and move forward again. It’s very similar to a plateau, and listening to that signal has been really helpful for me.
Staying hydrated seems to be a challenge for me. Tap water , bottle water; still or sparkling?
Staying hydrated seems to be a challenge for me. Tap water, bottle water; still or sparkling? Some people say distilling is the only way to go? I'm concerned that it not only takes out the bad, but the good too! One of my mentors shared a story with me. Her husband was one of the original owners of FedX. At one of their shipping facilities he ask why the cement was chipping and cracking. He was told that a distilled water shipment had been leaking there. So our conclusion is that the distilled water was pulling the minerals from the concrete?? So would it pull leach important minerals from our bones??? I started asking questions. Some say, ā€œI get enough minerals from the raw living food I eatā€. Others are exploring re-adding the important minerals. This opened a rabbit hole for me! I’d like to dive into this subject a little deeper and get your input. I the next couple weeks lets discuss my curated book with brighteon ... https://books.brightlearn.ai/6f471948-4946-4b19-aaff-0cb5e6e249f1/living-water-revitalize-your-health-hydrate-your-cells-and-explore-beyond-tap-and-bottled--6f471948-en.pdf

@Andra Cera Love this topic 😊 As a mom, I’ve become much more mindful about what my family and I drink. For me, it really depends on the situation. At home, I try to be intentional and use filtered water as much as possible, but I’m also realistic life gets busy, and convenience matters sometimes. When we’re out or traveling, I usually lean toward bottled still water just for peace of mind. I’ve learned to listen to my instincts and do the best I can with the information I have. Little choices add up, especially when you’re thinking about your kids and long-term health. I appreciate conversations like this because they remind me that we’re all just doing our best and learning as we go.
Would love to hear everyone’s experience šŸ‘‡

Why Your Brain Feels Fried — And It’s Not Your Fault
Have you’ve noticed that your focus sometimes isn’t what it used to be, information doesn’t ā€œland,ā€ or your brain feels overwhelmed even when you’re trying your best — you’re not alone. Modern brains are under constant pressure. Not because of age, intelligence, or motivation — but because of chronic overload. Here, Dr. Staci breaks down: Why so many people are experiencing brain fog, poor memory, and emotional reactivity How chronic inflammation, overstimulation, poor sleep, and environmental stressors quietly impair cognitive function Why this is happening across all age groups — and why it’s not your fault What your brain actually needs to reset, repair, and process information again You’ll also learn a simple, practical reset you can use immediately to calm your nervous system and improve mental clarity — no supplements or complicated protocols required. This is Part 1 of a 4-part series designed to help you: Reduce cognitive overload Support long-term brain health Improve focus, memory, and resilience Protect your brain for the years ahead If your brain feels overstimulated, inflamed, or exhausted — this conversation will help it make sense again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRPM6aqwvM0
