Staying hydrated seems to be a challenge for me. Tap water, bottle water; still or sparkling? Some people say distilling is the only way to go? I'm concerned that it not only takes out the bad, but the good too!
One of my mentors shared a story with me. Her husband was one of the original owners of FedX. At one of their shipping facilities he ask why the cement was chipping and cracking. He was told that a distilled water shipment had been leaking there. So our conclusion is that the distilled water was pulling the minerals from the concrete?? So would it pull leach important minerals from our bones???
I started asking questions. Some say, “I get enough minerals from the raw living food I eat”. Others are exploring re-adding the important minerals.
