Right now, inside your body, something powerful is happening. Specialized cells called osteoclasts are breaking down old bone tissue… While osteoblasts are building brand-new bone tissue. This process is called bone remodeling. Every single year, you replace about 10% of your skeleton. Roughly every 7–10 years, your skeletal system is almost completely renewed. Day 13 - no more night sweats!
Ok ladies, I had to share this because I know I’m not alone. The last few years I started having night sweats and even when I thought I was eating well, still was experiencing waking up hot and sweaty. Well…day 13, on the Fast 40, they are gone. Sleeping better and finally feeling rested when I wake up!

Ok I need help with hair products. I have curly hair which is typically on the dry side and needs lots of moisture which is usually in the form of oils and butters. I can’t use anything I have, but Dr. Cody mentioned that there’s someone here in Skool land who has a really great line of products. Help!

Do you know if your hair is high or low porosity? I found that was helpful to me when finding products because once you know which oils or ingredients benefit one or the other, you can eliminate what won't work. Just a thought!
