Hi guys, I'm trying with my client a new thing - a video FB ad. I have never done any and I'm not exactly sure how to structure it. I know about the parts like Hook, introduction and CTA but still.. I have written something short as a script so could you give me any feedback on it, please? It's for cosmetic service: "After one visit to the beauty salon, it is possible to get a clean and healthy skin. This is NOT true for scientifically based reasons! In fact, if you don't visit a beautician regularly at least once a month and don't take care of your skin at home, you will never achieve your dream look. And why should you listen to me? My name is Pavlina Řehořová and I have taken several courses in cosmetology such as [cosmetology course]. The solution that every woman needs is a professional plan on how to take care of her skin. Also what I struggle with is coming up with a proper call to action so that people would be interested in coming to the salon and actually buying the cosmetic treatment. I think that my current call to action is not what I'm looking for. Thank you for any help!

Lead Quality Problem ❌
Hey guys! How are you doing? For the last 2 weeks, I've been running ads for a cosmetic salon. The results of the campaigns are pretty good. I got her 42 leads with the average cost for each being $3. One lead has a value of $50 + they will come more than once. The offer we run is one for lash lifting: buy 3 lash lifting treatments and get serum for home treatment for free, and the other one is a free consultation for any cosmetic treatment spending a total of $8 a day (in the Czech Republic). However, the lead quality is not what I expected. Out of these 42 leads, only one came into the salon and the rest were scheduled but didn't come or cancelled it. What we do is that I get her lead, I'll send her the info about the lead and she calls them and books them in herself. I don't think it's the lady's mistake, but there's just something off with the quality of people filling out the FB opt-in. I was thinking about some additional age or interest targeting. Potentially putting more questions into the opt-in since now they currently fill out their name, email, phone and city. I'm not sure. Do you have any tips on how to get a better percentage of people that come into the salon? I am extremely grateful for any tips and would love to connect. 🙏 Thank you!

@Bernard Mburu Yeah, I will add more questions for sure. Thanks! The problem here is that they or I aren't able to call these incoming leads within the first few minutes. And I can't hire anyone experienced from UpWork etc. to do that since these clients speak Czech. I'm using currently the software Reservio and you can send there just one reminder but I would definitely like to send more. Unfortunately, I don't have money for GHL or premium Reservio.
