The Breath Hold Challenge is not about pushing yourself. Wait, what? If you stick around for a few days, you learn that to hold longer, you don't push. You go into a state of relaxation. And forget about the world around you. Yes, I get it. When your diaphragm is jolting up and down. You are not relaxed. Stig has a secret hack to activate the Vagus nerve. Day 6: Exhale 2:03 Inhale 2:21 I feel more comfortable, calm and relaxed during the inhale. A little bit more panicky and less confidence on the exhale.

Day 7 BHC I took 10 deep breaths before each dive and ended up with: Dive 1 - 2:03 Dive 2 - 2:34 Dive 3 - 2:37 Dive 4 - 3:03

Day 4: added the 15-second increments to the recommended base time for 3 reps and then ended up with a max 2:25. 14 second improvement from yesterday’s time, so moving forward🙂
