Atrocious no show up rate
Current situation: I have booked 12 appointements this week through my paid ads Desired situation: I want all of them to show up for the call Problem: All of my appointments didn't show up even though i have calendly reminders + go high level follow ups Attempted Solutions: I call them 1min to get them to show up for the meeting + reminders Question: How can i fix my atrocious show up rate?

@Yousuf Hashimi that’s huge! Do you still have a text/email reminder? And what do you say? Just calling them to remind them about the meeting? Do you also do the exact thing 1 hour before?

My clients leads are finally starting to pick up 😄
Thank you guys for all your valuable feedback :). Now I have another problem hehe. If a client leads says to call them back later what do you guys do? Would you try to push them to book an appointment or let them off the hook? Should I be treating these calls like cold calls a little? Also, if a lead answer the phone but then hangs up mid-way, should you stop calling that lead or keep calling back till they say "fck off" like if it was a cold call😂?

Feels like I’m talking to much and not showing enough on meetings
Hi guys! Me again, just got done having a meeting with a potential client, and to be honest it when badly. It just feels as if I could not get the prospect hooked or interested. Currently I present myself, get to know why they accepted the discovery call in the first place, then I explain how I work with sharing my screen and going over ads manager and Canva to show what KPI’s we optimise and how our ads looks. I feel like I’m not showing the client enough How do some of you go about meetings and what tips and tricks do u have for me?

I spend 80% of the time asking questions about their current situation and keep asking difficult questions that might be painful for them to answer and think about. This will highlight what they are missing. When the prospect has come to the conclusion that’s something has the change, then and only then you present what you do to fix it. But be very high level. People don’t care about all the technical things and what kpis you look for. They are focused on the end results. So the last 20% of the meeting goes to explaining your service and price and then some objection handling in the end. And of course asking for the close
Avoid "Spam Likely" for GHL phone numbers
Hey guys I've seen a few questions about this. Here's how I make sure my GHL numbers aren't marked as Spam Likely on most people's phones. First, to find out if your current numbers are labeled spam do these 2 things: 1. Download "Hiya" on your phone and call yourself from the GHL phone. This will show you if you're currently Spam likely. 2. Google the phone number in the following formats: xxx-xxx-xxxx and xxxxxxxxxx. If there's a bunch of results with weird lists of numbers, it's likely your number will say scam likely. When buying phone numbers, check by googling like described above first. If nothing comes up, it's a clean phone number (if something does come up, it's been used before). Buy the clean number and register it at https://freecallerregistry.com/fcr/ using your clients business info and your email address. Also, buy another phone number with another area code from something like New York or Las Vegas and call leads with number as well after 2-3 days (minimizes risk of being marked as spam).
