Hi guys! Currently My process of signing a client looks like this: I have a discovery call and then if they accept, we have a info call where I gather info to be able to start creating the campaign. The problem is that I don’t charge the client until the first month of me running the ads, so basically telling them that ur time starts when the ads are launched. The problem with this is that when the onboarding starts, and there’s some difficulty and it takes time, the clients interest fades away. And the process of creating ads can be time consuming, so don’t know what to do Now a client just texted me saying that he don’t want to proceed with the partnership, even tho he accepted the my offer thru mail. What can I do to be able to start with the client right away, and have the ads ready in a short amount of time?

Hi! My client can’t share his pages or Ad account, when he tries acessing settings in the bottom left I automatically switches to his personal account and he doesn’t get the option to give anyone acess Shared screens off how my settings look and his settings look. Why is it not the same and what do I do to solve it?

Hi guys! I’m currently confused about what the best thing to put the time of my day into. I currently do cold outreach in the mornings and then checking up on the campaign’s I have running, I create ads when I feel that I don’t have any material left, witch takes up a lot of time. But when I have time and want to put it into my agency I don’t really know what to do. What are some good practices to do daily when it comes to the agency? It’s a bit of tricky question but don’t know how to formulate myself about this, just feels Like I’m not doing enough

Hi guys! Just wanted to se how u go about preparing for onboarding with a new client Recently I ran in to some problems and that made me think about different ways to prepare for the onboarding so that problems like they ad account are suspended or that they have a messed up business portfolio. Should I make a loom where I ask the client to go in and screen record there business manager, and like the users, pages, ad accounts they have in it to be able to prepare for those type of problems? Or is this just me overthinking? How do u guys go about it, to make it as simple and easy for both u and the client?
