The Hidden Saboteur Sinking Your Business (And How to Stop It)
Hey Supercharged Entrepreneurs, What if I told you that the biggest threat to your business isn't your competition, the economy, or even a global pandemic? What if the real danger is something far more insidious, hiding in plain sight and quietly eroding your success from within? Brace yourself for the truth that could save you from self-destructing your own business. If you've been following my Instagram Stories, you'll have seen that on Saturday I spent a beautiful day on the water around Miami Beach. I was enjoying the luxury of my friend's boat who bought it with the proceeds of a successful business sale a few years ago. Sounds like the perfect entrepreneurial dream, right? But beneath the surface, a storm was brewing. After the successful sale, my friend Chad, started a new SAAS company in the same niche as his previous venture. Despite his track record of success, he recently found himself facing unexpected challenges and setbacks. He shared that he's had a rough couple of months and feels like he's been on an emotional rollercoaster. He shared that the weight of his emotions have been dragging him down like an anchor. When a major, unexpected incident arised that could sink his company, he felt a surge of guilt, shame, and self-doubt. In a moment of despair, Chad confessed, "All these problems made me think God didn't want me to do this. I thought maybe I should just give up and shut it all down." It broke my heart to see him so close to abandoning his dreams, all because of the negative emotions consuming him. Luckily, he confided in his wife who helped him think of some solutions to his problems... but the emotional suffering he was going through was still stifling his creativity and brain power. (Can you relate?) This situation was all too familiar. I had watched my own wife nearly BANKRUPT her hair business TWICE, falling victim to the same emotional response when faced with adversity! It's a pattern I've seen time and time again among entrepreneurs, and it's a silent killer of success.

The Power of Pause: How Strategic Rest Unlocks Unprecedented Success for Entrepreneurs
Listen Supercharged Entrepreneurs, if you're anything like me, you might often find yourself caught in the cycle of trying to do too much. In the relentless pursuit of success, it's easy to overlook a crucial aspect: REST. But here's the thing, resting and recovering over the weekend are not just advantageous—they're vital for your long-term success. You, as an entrepreneur, are a visionary, a trailblazer, an initiator. Yet, amidst all the action, the risk of burnout is real. If you're pushing yourself to the brink, it's time to pause, slow down, and embrace the transformative power of rest. The Game-Changing Power of Rest and Recovery Productivity isn't just about constant action—it's about strategic rest as well. Consider a soccer match, a sport I've loved since my days growing up in Manchester, England (United is my team). Players give their all during the game, but after they to rest, rehydrate, refuel and refocus. Just like these athletes, you need to recharge your batteries to maintain your entrepreneurial edge. Your Ideal Weekend for Rest and Recovery So, how might a restful weekend look for you Supercharged Entrepreneurs? Let's envision it: Saturday: Perhaps your day starts early with a few hours of 'needle work'. (I like to do a 5-6.30am session). Then, balance that mental activity with some physical exercise. On Saturday's I do a 40-mile fasted bike ride with 30, middle aged cyclists who I can barely keep up with. It's challenging, but it helps clear your mind and stay fit. Next, step away from work and engage with your loved ones and your community—much like I do during my kids soccer games. In the afternoon, I strongly recommend a nap and/or doing some volunteer work to add meaning. (Tomorrow I'm helping a friend from church move.) To cap off the day, plan a DATE NIGHT—a comedy club, a concert, or a quiet dinner. It's easy to neglect your partner when you're focused on business but neglect it at your perel. (I currently have 2 friend going through the divorce process and it aint' pretty!)

An Entrepreneurs Guide To Ayahuasca (Part 3)- Demons
"For entrepreneurs, this understanding of low vibrational frequencies and the power of high vibrational energy is crucial. When we allow ourselves to be dragged down by low vibrational emotions and experiences, we become vulnerable to these parasitic entities that can drain our creativity, motivation, and abundance." - Mark Dhamma [If you missed part 1 of The Entrepreneurs Guide To Ayahuasca, click here: https://www.superchargedentrepreneurs.com/blog/b/an-entrepreneurs-guide-to-ayahuasca-part1 ] [If you missed part 2- The Purge, click here: https://www.superchargedentrepreneurs.com/blog/b/an-entrepreneurs-guide-to-ayahuasca-part2 ] Part 3- DEMONS. 'When she turned, she saw two male demons standing with long black cloaks partially covering their hideous faces. In horror, she noticed two tubes attached to her side sucking out something from her body. What was it? Life force? She quickly pulled out the tubes and stared at the two demons. When the tubes were severed, they scurried out of the room.' Trigger Warning: This article contains descriptions of physical abuse and trauma that may be disturbing to some readers. Unfortunately, this isn't an excerpt from a new horror movie... It's an experience from one of our members' Ayahuasca journey. Caffeinated drinks
Do you think taking caffinated drinks early on in the day is fine sometimes? I sometimes take drinks like redbull or monster early morning if I know I will need to get a lot of work done. I usually have 1-2 of these days in my week rn do you think that it will harm my sleep even if I have it really early i.e after waking up?
